Last time I looked this was America. Home of the "Freedom of Speech" Have we become so thin skinned that when asked for an opinion set you up for all this negative ridicule. Mr. Rock has a right to his opinion.

I did read the article it's not quoted correctly here. He also said it again when asked last week on the View.

I won't say Bush is a retard, but what do you call a civil servant for the people when they
obviously aren't listening to what the people want?

124. Really, when you stop to think about about it, comedians are even worse than terrorists. Social commentary that provides aid and comfort to America's enemies should be punishable by death. Actually, having any opinion at all that offends anyone should really punished quite harshly. Perhaps we can amend the constitution?

126. Why is everyone so excited about Chris Rocks comments? Turn your television on and watch the rest of the world do it too. Someone called him a third rate comic, if he was third rate would we be hearin about what he said, somehow I doubt that. This is just my opinion, I think overall celebrities should not comment on politics. I love Chris Rock, he is very funny, but he should not talk about politics at all. I don't care who he votes for or anything else about his personal life. He is just a funny guy, lets relax,, and get over it. Move on, why is everyone trying so hard to read so much into things.

From the idiotic notion that the Democrats want the United States to lose the war on terror, to the equally foolish idea that global warming is a fiction, even as it comes out that the Bush administration has pressured NASA scientists to alter their data to support the Bush view, you are all a totalitarian's dream. Just out of curiousity, where do you get your news from? In any case, you should keep sleeping. By the time you wake up, you won't even recognize the country that you are living in.
