While walking her pooch in New York on Wednesday, Mischa Barton revealed why it's her fashion sense that needs to be put on a tight leash!

Dressed to the Ca-nines in a Grimace-purple, Mrs. Roper maternity muumuu, unfortunate black shorts with matching Mary-Kate Olsen black tights, and a pair of two-toned purple and white pumps -- Mischa looks ready to walk the high fashion runways ... of the Westminster Kennel Club! Arf!

Mischa really ought to have this look put down!

31. LMFAO! She always looks horrible, wears the ugliest stuff--she just has bad taste--too bad she wastes so much $$$ on it. She has an ordinary & Slavic face that's nothing special and short of pretty, she has no talent and she's been dropped from almost all advertising "face" gigs, even Bebe. 32. Perhaps she is looking for the press since she was dumped off the O.C. Bad dressed press is a least something when you can't get work.
