56. I just dont understand this case. She was 20 when someone saw her drunk. In Denmark our children can buy an ID-card, when they turn 16, which enables them to buy alcohol on their own with no limit.

That legislation was made so parents could see if they child would be at risk of drink and drive. Those children, who can not control their alcohol intake, would of course not get their drivers license finansed by their parents (and it is expensive to get one in Denmark. Very expensive!).

The result has been very clear. The number of people killed by people doing DUI has never been so low (Since about 1960).

So I can not understand why a 20 year old person can make headlines, when she consumes alcohol.
