76. I can not beleive you wrote Vergie go away. I do not know why eveyone is making vergie out to be the bad guy!!! She did not kick Anna out of the house in fact she took her and Daniel in when Anna needed a place to live. Also Vergie did not disown her daughter. . Vergie did not approve of the drugs or Howard. I hope she does fight for the baby.I would not want my grandchild near Howard.
Maybe this is her way of making things right!!! Vergie might feel she failed Anna and should have done more for her and Danniel. Give the lady a break. Vergie might have a better chance proving Howard is unfit to be a daddy than proving he is the daddy.

There is no reason for the bad publicity Vergie has received OTHER THAN HOWIE AND DRUGGED UP ANNA. There is no reason why she should not receive temporary custody per date. If there is, let everyone know. Remember Daniel loved and respected this woman.

78. I wonder if all of the parties involved would be fighting this hard for the child if no MONEY was involved??? If Howard K. Stern really cared about this baby he would do the right thing. Vergie needs to stay her ass in Texas. Larry Birkhead is the only one that seems semi-normal in this mess. Good luck to Larry tomorrow in court!!!!!

79. Do you really think Ms. Smith wanted her baby girl to be with her mother? I think Dannielynn should stay in the Bahamas with Stern. I think Birkhead looks like he's too good to be true! If he was so concerned about Ms. Smith and her drug habit then he should have never possibly impregnated her!!! Virgie really needs to go back to her trailer in Texas, take a hint, your daughter did not like you!!!!!!!! Where does this woman get the mney $$$ to fly back and forth to the Bahamas? Remember in Florida she testified her home is only worth 60k, so who is paying for all the airline tickets, limos, lawyers, hotel rooms, food, etc... talk about using your daughters fame! Just because she was a cop doesn't mean anything, people always think that cops are clean, surprise surprise!!

81. wait, how can anyone trash talk larry? Sterns is the monster, linked to two deaths in a very shorttime, and i just read today that in annas will was naming daniel her son the beificary of her estate and now that he's gone , gee who would that be, the lil girl, but if you read everything from awhile back, when anna was first announcing her pregnancy she named larry as the father, then all of a sudden it was sterns, larry wasnt providing her with drugs and hiding them from the scene at the hospital when her son died, filming her doped up and made up like a clown which the courts procedded to show at a hearing about who should have custody of her remains!!! Come on the ONLY thing Larry has done, is demand a test to prove paternity, Nothing wrong with that in the least!!! The cow of a mother virgie, she can blow it out her ass as far as im concerned, her daughter hated her, why should she have custody or guarding ship or fricking visits, would anna want this, Probably not!!!!!!

83. Go Virgie. I cannot understand why people are calling you all these names. I think it is terrible to call someone names when you don't even know the person. Anna was on drugs and I don't believe her comments made on the tape. You know the truth Virgie and so far you have not said a word about them. It must be hard to hear and read these awful things and still not respond. It is only right that you should get your grandaughter and make sure she is safe. You tried to warn Anna and you were right. I don't know you or anything about you but as a grandmother myself I would fight for the child. Good luck.

84. You know what? I'm really tired of people bashing Vergie. I don't care what ANS said about her mother because how on earth is anyone to believe her. She had a relationship with her mother until she started drugs. And because of her need for attention I think she would have said and done anything for the camera's to role. Face it, Anna was far from an angel and we can't go through life blaming others for our bad behavior no matter what our pasts hold. I just think Vergie tried to get her daughter to be responsible and get help for her drug problems and because of that she was out the door. The same happened to Birkhead. If you'll notice, every person that was still by her side when she passed away were yes people. Take a long hard look at her so called friends. Please.... ENABLERS.
I hope if they don't do the DNA test soon they'll give temp custody to Virgie until things get straightened out. That baby does not need to be there in that environment. Stern is not stable and he's proved that by every piece of film he was involved in with Anna. In some of his own interviews he is so messed up he cannot speak clearly himself. Anyone not seeing that is BLIND.
I pray for quick DNA and that baby to out of the Bahamas. As far as the money and house etc....who really cares? Let them all fight!

86. Just listened to an update from the Bahamas on Court TV. According to Jean (sp?), part of Opri's case against Anna & Howard is that they slandered Birkhead by publicly saying everywhere that he is not the father. This makes me unbelievably angry because I can't recall them ever saying Larry isn't the father. They've always just said Howard IS the father. Isn't that different?

88. I just watched a clip on Youtube of Shepard Smith giving the news that Anna Nicole was dead - he said in it that Anna had been photographed as late as "yesterday" - meaning the day before her death. Wonder if that was true? If so - who took those photos and why - and will we ever see them?

90. She was a terrible mother, and she would be a terrible grandmother. I dont want to imagine how life would be for Dannielynn if she were raised by this woman. Telling her her mother was a whore, how she tried to save her, and shell probably end up like her. I can picture that woman saying that to her.
BTW she knows how to deal with crooks and liars because she is one. Just because she was an officer doesnt mean anything, though there may be few they can be worse than criminals.
