Virgie Goes to Bahamas Seeking Guardianship

Virgie Arthur just won't go away. She'll be in the Bahamas tomorrow, asking a judge to award her guardianship of Dannielynn -- this, according to Court TV Correspondent Jean Casarez.

Jean tells TMZ that Virgie wants guardianship pending a ruling on who's the daddy.

But there are several obstacles standing in her way. In addition to the fact that Anna detested Virgie, Jean has learned that the Supreme Court of the Bahamas has directed Social Services on the island to do a background check on her. Social Services will also do background checks on Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead. The findings will be revealed in court tomorrow.

And speaking of Social Services, Jean learned that there is no current investigation as to whether Dannielynn is currently in safe care with Howard K. Stern. That's because no formal complaint has ever been lodged.

92. I hate Mommy Dearest and wish her all the ill will that can be bestowed on her. She makes me sick. Right after Anna died she was interviewed and she didn't have one tear in her eye or anything nice to say about Anna. Tears at the funeral were because she didn't get her way. Taking Anna to Texas is for SPITE and publicity. The baby could not be in worse hands.
I wish Howard Stern and Larry Berkhard the best.

93. A six month old baby, weighing in at 12 lbs. Is that healthy? NOT!!! Ok, according to what I have read Howard is on the birth certificate and in the Bahamas, he's the daddy. But then if they are disputing the father of this little baby, then guardinaship should be given to the only real relative known to God, Virgie. I'm sorry but I really dont think the courts are making a correct decision. Father is in question, so the baby should be given to the grandmother till the father can be determined. Howard isn't commiting to a DNA, why not....order it and make it happen. The father should have been determined before anything else happened. Anna's remains should still be with the coroner. Determine the father and do it now...

100. ANS hated her mother because she was a drug-addict. Her judgment was obviously impaired.

ANS managed to get her own son killed, and I don't think you could say the same thing about Virgie.

She should get custody until the DNA test results. She's her grandmother!

103. Howard K. Stern knows that he's not the father of Dannilynn and that is why he doesn't want to give a DNA sample. The baby is his only connection left of Anna and her belongings. He's a "LEACH". He used Anna's fame for his gain. He has no job, no money, no home and NO ANNA! Every picture you see Anna posing to the photographers, he's right behind her telling her what to do! He was her shadow. Anna was drugged all the time and wasn't aware of the deals Howard was making behind her back! Especially making her move to the Bahamas! Any person can sign a birth certificate and say they're the father. That's why he got rid of Daniel because he knew too much! Once Howard gives up that baby, that's it! Just look at that baby, she's a spitting image of Larry Birkhead! It's so obvious!

104. My first time to post .. and the way some of you "express" yourselves will probably make me wish I hadnt this time, but here goes. I understand that people think the baby is in danger with HKS but to me it seems that she would be very safe with him because with all thats going on and people accusing him of having something to do with both Daniel and Anna's death I would think he would move heaven and earth to keep that baby safe. Just a thought.

105. How long ago did Anna say she detested her mother, since she met Howard, correct. Everything Anna said was because he instructed her to say it. Her detested thoughts wasn't there until she met Howard, wonder why? Put a wedge between her and her family and friends....and that included Daniel
