Why Did a 90210 Doc Send Demerol to Anna's Address?

TMZ has obtained an air waybill describing two powerful prescription drugs that were sent to Anna's Bahamas mailing address when she was eight months pregnant.


The name of the doctor on the waybill is Maurice Levy, who practices internal medicine in Beverly Hills. The airbill shows the following drugs were sent to Vickie Marshall (aka Anna Nicole Smith) in the Bahamas on or about August 8, 2006 -- Vitamin B12, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin Gama, Dalmane (a drug for sleeping disorders) and Demerol (a morphine-like drug).

TMZ has spoken to Dr. Levy, who confirmed that prescriptions were sent but not written for Anna. Dr. Levy would not say for whom they actually were written. He also would not say why they were sent to Vickie Marshall if they were not for her.

Dr. Levy also told TMZ his relationship with Anna was "professional and not personal." He added, "I did some cosmetic thing, that's all."

51. Damn.... demerol is some powerful POWERFUL stuff. I've had it administered in the ER before and they won't even allow you to walk out of the building once you've taken it. You have to be wheeled out and there must be someone to drive you.

If she was using this shit during her pregnancy, I pray for poor Dannilynn

A "cosmetic thing" huh . . . the Trimspa folks wouldn't be too happy if ANS had a little help from her friends to lose all that weight . . . but it could explain alot of her health issues . . . plastic surgery can cause other problems that can be painful . . . and she was involved in some movie thing late last fall . . .

54. Howard is a lawyer with a lot of free time on his hands. The deaths were planned very carefully down to the last detail. He will have an answer to every question and a back door out of every sticky situation. He won't be charged with either death and laugh all the way to the bank.

What docotor would give a pregnant woman demerol IF they knew another Dr was giving her Methadone???

Okay another player adds to the circus another Dr. that feels that he can just send medicine wherever and to whomever, now I have studied medicine and know that you have to see the patient to determine why they need these prescriptions. Both DRS should be put away and never ever get their licenses in any state again. The problem is is that I believe California can suspend their licenses and they can move to another state and get their practice up again. Do not quote me on this but this can happen I do believe so to get these people off the street they need to do the time Old saying do the crime pay the time.

60. Again.... I am amazed that Ford Shelly could just walk into Anna's residence, steal her personal computer, photos and videos and then sell some and give others to the police. What about ANY of that is LEGAL?? I would like to Ford Shelly arrested and put in jail with a BIG mean inmate (although by the looks of Ford Shelly he would probably enjoy that!).
