Why Did a 90210 Doc Send Demerol to Anna's Address?

TMZ has obtained an air waybill describing two powerful prescription drugs that were sent to Anna's Bahamas mailing address when she was eight months pregnant.


The name of the doctor on the waybill is Maurice Levy, who practices internal medicine in Beverly Hills. The airbill shows the following drugs were sent to Vickie Marshall (aka Anna Nicole Smith) in the Bahamas on or about August 8, 2006 -- Vitamin B12, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin Gama, Dalmane (a drug for sleeping disorders) and Demerol (a morphine-like drug).

TMZ has spoken to Dr. Levy, who confirmed that prescriptions were sent but not written for Anna. Dr. Levy would not say for whom they actually were written. He also would not say why they were sent to Vickie Marshall if they were not for her.

Dr. Levy also told TMZ his relationship with Anna was "professional and not personal." He added, "I did some cosmetic thing, that's all."

62. This just gets "messier and messier" - I wonder why someone can't get to the bottom of this "mess" - why has it taken so long to get the results of the investigation on Daniel complete? How can we expect to hear about results from Anna's investigtion when we can't even get one on Daniel who died five months before his mother?

63. Who did Moe and Tasmanian devil go to pick up at the airport, leaving ANS alone and unattended in the hotel room? I also want to know what errands he ran. These things are very easy to find out as they leave a paper trail.

64. Another problem, if the cosmetic surgery was specifically related to wait loss and he stated the drugs were for ANS, wouldn't ANS have violated her contract with Trimspa????

65. Boy oh boy,

I think Howard killed Danny because his 21st birthday was coming up, and when Anna Nicole came out of the bathroom yelling, "You've killed him....", Anna was kept doped up continually from that time on. I would be willing to bet that if Anna had been going back on that boat she was ordering, she would have never reached the Bahamas.... I mean after the marriage to Howard. I was not what you would call a "fan" of her's, but this is a really pathetic story, and Howard K. Stern has always seemed so "creepy" to me... I hope they get him, if for nothing else "negligent homicide.."

68. OH! Levy is the one who pumped her lips up!! yes even when pregnant. I noticed even when I saw those pics in the hospital with Daniel and the baby that she looked like she had them done. and OBVIOUSLY when you all saw her in the interviews with those close ups.

Read post #21 with the bio of the Dr and you see that is what he does.

She probably whined that the restylane injections were sore so she needed some demerol. He did not want to get into trouble so he put it under someone else's name but still wanted to give anna what she wanted.

69. now with all these doctors giving anna drugs and then you got $tern feeding her drugs how can anyone say her mother was the evil one???? there is no way anna was going to heed her mothers warnings a junkie is gonna side everytime with the suppiers and never have a clue what she is saying or signing so the so called will & other stuff she signed should be worthless.

71. Do we need a house to fall on us before we get a f**king clue? She and Daniel both died of drug overdoses administered by Stern. There are witnesses who saw him help her take drugs. What is a kid (Daniel's age) taking METHADONE for? Oh, doesn't EVERYONE inject Demerol? When is Stern finally going to prove he's right and take a DNA test here in the United States where the whole thing can be settled once and for all. If Larry Birkhead is lying PROVE IT. You're an attorney, you should know better, Stern.

72. Read the warnings of Demerol on drugs.com:

Demerol may cause addiction and withdrawal symptoms as well as other harmful effects in an unborn baby. Do not take Demerol without first talking to your doctor if you are pregnant or could become pregnant during treatment.
Demerol may also cause addiction and withdrawal symptoms in a nursing infant. Do not take Demerol without first talking to your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

It's amazing that a government "Bahamian" would allow this child to be with HKS. There is no way this kid would not have been addicted to this drug, and would most definitely experience withdrawl symptoms. In the US this kid would have been taken into protective custody immediately after birth, and the mother and so called father would have been behind bars for child endangerment. What is going on?????

73. TMZ you are the best at getting information. Since 2 of the drugs were of a controlled substance, how was HKS able to pick them up? Didn't the physician break Bahamma law by mailing controlled substance to ANS? Is this physician a friend of Dr. Kapoor? It would appear that ANS (as well as HKS) had quite of list of prescribing meds.
Quite frankly, I think HKS profiles as not only as an enabler, but a drug dealer!! Why can't the Bahamma police take Danielynn out of HKS's hands? Are they waiting for another sensational story to increase their tourist profits?
Anyway, TMZ, you are the best!!
