Why Did a 90210 Doc Send Demerol to Anna's Address?

TMZ has obtained an air waybill describing two powerful prescription drugs that were sent to Anna's Bahamas mailing address when she was eight months pregnant.


The name of the doctor on the waybill is Maurice Levy, who practices internal medicine in Beverly Hills. The airbill shows the following drugs were sent to Vickie Marshall (aka Anna Nicole Smith) in the Bahamas on or about August 8, 2006 -- Vitamin B12, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin Gama, Dalmane (a drug for sleeping disorders) and Demerol (a morphine-like drug).

TMZ has spoken to Dr. Levy, who confirmed that prescriptions were sent but not written for Anna. Dr. Levy would not say for whom they actually were written. He also would not say why they were sent to Vickie Marshall if they were not for her.

Dr. Levy also told TMZ his relationship with Anna was "professional and not personal." He added, "I did some cosmetic thing, that's all."

97. This woman was it seems just like Elvis with the amount of Doctors and drugs , oh ya didn't the owner of trim spa say Anna never did drugs . What a load of crap just like his diet supplaments . All that diet crap is crap , its just modern day snake oil . anyone with any intelligence knows to lose weight it takes diet (I.E.) proper food intake and exersize , not some pill from some sharliton . If I would have been Annas friend , a real friend I would have told her and the world the truith about her drug problem , and maybe she and her son would have been alive today . But was anyone really her friend ? that cared REALLY cared about her ?

100. Isn't it illegal to write a prescription with another person's name on it?? Why would this Dr. Levy say Yes, I wrote the prescription for Vickie Marshall but the prescription was not FOR Vickie Marshall? Why would he further incriminate himself:? I'm confused!

101. Who is left-handed??? Whoever wrote that, looks to be left-handed. Doesn't matter. What a sad and pathetic end to two lives. Anna Nicole made a complete mess out of her life and ended up letting this lawyer control her. I have seen clips that show her clear eyed and alert but, before the baby was born and up until her death, she was a under the influence of drugs etc. What kind of man would video the woman he loved, 8 mos. pregnant, and definately on something. He, HKS, called it mushrooms. How can he live with himself!! And why on earth isn't someone concerned about that baby he now has! If this was you and me, that child would have been taken away from us yesterday. Uh, what can't they see...two people have died...a mother and her son...in about a six month span...in about the same way. Dah
