77. I don't know... I think Larry did a very dumb thing here-- she may have been a barracuda but that's basically what you need when you deal with slime like Hoaward K Scumbag. Larry seems very naive and I'd suspect Howard was strong-arming Larry into a deal by harrassing Larry. I feel so bad for that baby-- with Opri on her side, she was going to be with her dad WITHOUT interference from Howard. Now that may prove difficult. Larry seems spineless at times and Opri balanced him out. Sad, sad, sad.

I commend all of you covering this sensational story: it's one of the best and most enthusiac coverage I have seen in years. If nothing else, as long as this goes on, it's job security for you.
Question: Can't Howard K. Stern press slander charges against (well, a growing number of people) since there is so much allegations being said about him? I am not, by any means on his side, but since everytime we turn around, their is yet another topic to throw into the court room, could this be one?

Anna was a slut, many possible sperm donors, including Ben Thomas who is also a very strong contender... no slam dunk of 100% paternity for LB, obviously. Court needs to give the baby to Virgie, blood relative, for stability while these potential sperm doners fight it out, which could be years....

81. Even tho I thought Opri was a little obnOxious at times (all the attorneys were for that matter), she was a fighter and that is just what he need. She wasn't going to back down.

I read somewhere that Stern (Satan) had dirt on Birhead and was going to make sure the media go wind of it.

82. Larry and/or Virgie should wait until the investigation and cause of Daniel's death is complete before they make their most important moves concerning the well being of Dannielynn.

The investigation into the death of Daniel and the similarities between his death and the death of his mother is what the Bahamian media [in print] seem to be focusing on.

If Howard K. Stern is found to be an innocent & responsible human being who is a victim of Virgie and the media - then perhaps he would be fit to raise Dannielynn, but I don't see that proof right now.

How will a man without a job, living off his parents support Dannielynn. He has a lot of explaining to do and the Bahamian government will surely care about these things.

I heard Shane Gibson is running for a political office & his mother is living with Howard K. Stern. I wonder how much power the Shane family has? Obviously, Howard K. Stern needs them.

84. This is a bad move for Larry.

HK$ is a shark. He is has a whole squadron of lying, double-dealing sharks. Larry needs another big shark to protect his interest.

HK$ has every angle figured out to his own advantage. Larry is no match for this.

I also suspect that HK$ has "something" on Larry that he is threatening him with, something to blackmail him with. Something like the clownface video. That's how Stern operates. I think he is essentially blackmailing Larry into taking the deal and Orpi wouldn't go for it.

Larry, this kid was born a drug addict. It's unlikely she got proper care during her first weeks, and now there is no evidence of any enrichment environment. This child is going to need alot of [probably expensive] psychological care and counseling. Make sure you don't make any deals that cut you out of money to care for this kid.

87. lb should have fired her long ago. she has never addressed the issue of that child's welfare. she has just been running all over the world screamimg dna to any court that would listen when a real human being would have been addressing the safety of this child. dannilyn is in the custody of a man who would leave a woman who he claimes he loves in a hotel with a temp of 105 for 3 days until she died. hoawrd stern never sought appropriate medical care for anna nicole when she was gravely ill and that is a fact and then there are all the drug allegations. there is enough evidence to prove that the man stood by and allowed anna nicole to take large doses of narcotics while pregnant and never tried to intervene. this man is not safe to care for any child. dannilyn is in danger and what has opri done to get her into protective custody -nothing! she should have been fired weeks ago.

At this point Howard K. Stern seems like the 'Godfather' - completely innocent of any wrong doing but people die all around him.

Moe is no dummy - Moe is very, very smart and he adored Anna.

89. Does anyone have any ideas on why the paternity/guardianship trial was delayed until 2pm EST? It was supposed to start about 11am EST and then, all the sudden, it was delayed. Hmmm... could Howard have caught wind of the Opri/Birkhead parting of ways and wants to strike a lawyer-less deal. Don't do it, Larry! He's satan incarnate!

Yea, lets give the baby to a white trash hillbilly that wanted NOTHING to do with her daughter or grandson for so long until they are in the ground & can't respond to her.
