TMZ has learned that the relationship between Larry Birkhead and Debra Opri was kaput several days ago, and it was Birkhead who ended it.
Today Opri has said that there were things Birkhead wanted her to do that made her uncomfortable. We know Birkhead is saying it was he who was uncomfortable for various reasons.
TMZ is aware of multiple reasons why the two parted company. As we first reported, they were butting heads over various issues for weeks. Because of confidences, TMZ cannot be more specific. But we know that last Tuesday, Birkhead sent Opri an e-mail discharging her.

I felt when I heard it should have went to the Bahama s in the first place My intuition said here comes a sucker.It was Sterns camp that said Bahama's.As much as I hate to admit it.
They wasted a lot of valueble time and Lots of $$$$.I have a feeling that the long arm of the LAW is out to get HS.Also Entertainment tonight has probably banked the money safely away for HS for after the BS is over with.I truly hope Vergie keeps her word that if she gets custody then and only then the natural Father will get the infant .Of course she will be in the US and DNA will support the Father.UNLESS Vergie moves there.OH bite my tongue.
ANSmith sure left a mess behind.Also glad poor old Marshall finally was put to rest with A.N.SI pray that sleeze bag HS gets jail time along with the Dr.s.
Daniel Smith knew something and that is what killed him ANSmith may have confronted HS and that is what she got in a moment she was not in a stupper.

#886..Is it definitely true that DL was seen going into the Pedi's office? I pray this isn't more rumor & there's some proof out there because I'm confident when the DNA is finally taken it will prove Larry IS her Daddy. It will be a glorious day for me (especially after just watching his latest interview with TP/AH) but most of all for Larry when she's finally in HIS arms again for good this time.
When Ford Shelly told Greta (after meeting with $tern to supposedly only discuss funeral plans) that Larry wanted his daughter "at all cost" or "any cost"? I knew then that Larry would do whatever it took to get her. I also got the drift so did $tern (& Deb O) so their split came as no surprise. It's a damn shame Larry must bow down to this Devil but Anna (RIP) isn't innocent in this cruel game. I get drugs make ppl do some awful things but Larry's missed out on so much of his daughter's life already and what they've both done (and the Devil's still doing) to him is unforgivable.

Oops! forgot on the earlier post. I am with you on this one. Everyone seems to 'conveniently' forget that ANS left her son, Daniel..the absolute love of her life (by everyone's standards) with Vergie for years while she was off 'making herself'. Anyway, it wasn't until after she married Howard Marshall that Daniel went to live with his mom and then, only after Virgie asked him f he wanted to now that she was married and settled? He said he would give it a try. This according to V's testimony or interview.

Although not entirely out of the realm of possibility...it would be unusual to have DNA tested at the ped's office. Normally in a more equipped lab. However, stranger things have happened. They could have collected the DNA there and sent it off. But, then again, that would put into question the chain of evidence..normally, it would have to be done at the lab.
Yet, again, in this case...maybe the 'lab' came to the ped's office.

I really think a movie should not even be talked about at this time.Hearing grearldo on fox the last hour really tells it all.The people he had investigated was stern and guess what stern was in complete control of a cooporate company that in volved annas money.Thers was also some involvement of her lady doctor.It apears that howard would be a far more wealither person with anna dead.Looks like howard knew what he was doing.This is a crime and this bastard who has lied under oath,needs to pay big time.If larry gets involved with this then i really hope and pray that virgie get complete control of that baby.Folks neeed to wake up and see whats really happening here.I am outraged.

I wonder if Larry already has a DNA sample from the baby girl? He would have gotten saliva, hair, etc., on his clothing when he visited with her before Anna's funeral. Could the disagreement between Larry and Opri involve testing the possible DNA sample? As a lawyer and spokesperson for the Jackson family during Michael's trial, she showed that she very much enjoys being in the spotlight. Maybe she cared more about her own fame than the paternity issue she was hired to resolve.

Sure Opri was strong, but I got the impression poor Larry wanted his daughter so badly that he was willing to do anything. Even agreeing to buy her...so to speak. I know his heart is aching, but I feel Deb was strong and wanted to protect both Larry and the Baby from HKS. Ones own child can make the strongest person weak, and I think that is the reason for the ultimate splt. Just my thoughts.

Larry Birkhead had and unofficial DNA test done and found out that the baby is not his.
Here's the scoop---Howard although the official father does not want to open a door for Virgie's to have a foothold in the paternity suit or for the rest of the fruits to come out and embarrass Dannielynn which is why Anna would not give Larry one and why Howard is on the Birth Certificate---Anna did not know who fathered the baby. So back to the scoop, Howard would rather have Larry on his side claiming to be the father and agree to a settlement to keep out of lawsuits concerning this and Larry was an easy pay off and will have a percentage of Howard's executor fees if he keeps his mouth shut.
Larry's attorney got greedy then when more wasn't offered she got righteous and wanted to expose the whole unofficial DNA results for the good of the people and to ruin Howard.
Howard will do just about anything to protect Dannielynn but he would not come up to her offer BUT LARRY BIRKHEAD IS NOT THE FATHER.
Come TMZ tell the people what is say is the truth. I promise it is

Bad move on Larry's part. She was the kind of Lawyer I would love to have if I had a case and I wanted to win. She was very assertive, if she was a guy everybody would be singing his praises.

The Bahamas know they are being CLOSELY WATCHED when they have TONS of emails, letters, and phone calls directly to them asking that they do the right things relating to the baby and the investigations. FLOOD Bahama with phone calls, letters, and emails! It takes people to open letters and emails, and answer ringing phones . . . those people will tell others about how the world is watching regarding the baby and investigations . . . they in turn remember Aruba (see scaredmonkeys.com or scaredmonkeys.net) and know that the world is quickly hearing about all the previous corruption in the Bahamas before and after Anna arrived (google Bahama corruption or similar (before), plus Anna Nicole and Gibson (after) . . . so the legal residents of Bahama may put pressure on their officials to do right for their future economy and reputation. The judges might be separate from the government (like in Aruba) but they should want their island's economy to prosper in the future.
This is not a call for a tourism boycott yet. It is a plea for Bahama not to make the same mistakes, so that their future tourism does not suffer. TOURISM is a KNOWN way to earn their money (the Marshall millions have been in courts for 12 years and is still being fought, so there may never be any money actually received). Let Bahama know the whole WORLD"s future tourists are WATCHING their decisions (actions and non-actions) regarding both the baby's CUSTODY and their INVESTIGATIONS !
Filming and laughing at a pregnant woman on drugs and not taking her to the hospital is horrid. Whatever went into Anna's system also went into the baby's and that should be a crime, not a "joke" as said on the tapes.
Kidnappers do not go free just because they bonded with their hostage (google "Stockholm Syndrome"). No, I am not calling Stern a kidnapper, but IMO he seems to be keeping a baby from it's biological families wanting (the control of the money for Anna's likeness, use of her name, future books, movie rights, etc. plus the possible Marshall estate) settlement arranged first ( Stern and Anna's lawyers' words).
It is also impossible to bond with a child you are not allowed to be with daily, so the biological families should not be penalized for not being close when they can not physically get close to the baby daily.
Bahama, please give custody to her biological families to raise in the United States for everyone's sakes. Both the US and Bahama, please do a great job on investigatigating Anna and Daniel's untimely deaths (and hopefully IMO imprisoning Stern and cohorts for something related to all of this). Please help to have custody of Dannielynn be given to her biological father or biological family.Her mother and brother are dead, both while being IMO with Stern and around all those drugs.

PLEASE GET THIS INFORMATION TO LARRY BIRKHEAD as soon as possible!!!
Please let Larry Birkhead know that it appears that under Bahamian law, Howard K.. Stern (and most possibly, ANS) is an illegal alien, which makes the baby stateless unless American citizenship (through her biological father) can be shown.
This is because they have a problem with illegal immigration from Haiti. The only way to get citizenship in the Bahamas is if you buy real estate. It has not been established that Anna Nicole Smith or Howard K. Smith owned real estate in the Bahamas. Howard certainly did not buy any real estate so therefore he is an illegal alien and "his" child is stateless and not subject to Bahamian law.

I already know Larry isn't the father. Can't be. (or let's just say the odds are very, very small that he is)
Anna had brown eyes, so does Larry. Dannielynn has blue eyes.
As for the rest of your scoop, I wouldn't put it past Larry to make a deal for Dannielynn. After all, he's in so deep now he practically has to continue the good fight to keep positive public opinion going his way. But I agree, he knows he's not the father.
