I agree with you I dont think this was a good move for LB. I think he is probably at the point of whatever he has to do now to get the baby weather that means making a deal with the devil and he does seem very naive.HKS is a slime but he knows what he is doing unfortunatly.

I hope for LB and Dannielynn is will be sooner than later that they be together as a family. Also I hope LB continues to have a 5 star attorney when it comes to HKS and his pack..

I feel that LB will allow HKS to remain the attorney connected to the Marshall inheritance lawsuit. LB will allow HKS to reap the (many million dollar fee) that the attorney(s) in the case will get should they actually win a large settlement. HKS is so familiar with the lawsuit (though other attorney's are handling the case) that he may be a help in getting the full settlement amount.

In return for that agreement, LB will receive Dannielynn.

Perhaps, when HKS has to go to prison for murder then any agreement made between the two would be vacated by the courts.

98. I hope some girl comes out and says that Larry fathered a child with her and never sees nor supports it! HE is the creep. If Anna wanted him to be the father she would never have moved to the Bahamas. How come no one is taking that into consideration.....you know she fought to not acknowledge him. Howard was always there for Anna and will be there for the baby, too!

99. #30 Yes, I do believe that Howard is trying to do what Anna wanted, however because of her death, things have gotten so out of hand and convoluted. With regards to Larry Birkhead, he should just give permission to have the baby's DNA tested to determine if he's the biological father. If he is not, then let him move on. But again I ask WHY would Howard Stern let Larry even see the child if he knew that he was not Dannielynn's father?? The only expanation would be that Howard must know that Larry is the father, or at least highly suspect that he is. The baby looks mostly like Anna from the pictures. Maybe I'm convincing myself now, but I do think that she also looks like Larry................who knows.............I do believe HKS loved Anna but he also exploited, enabled and neglected her at the same time. Someone should have insisted that she seek emergency medical attention the minute her temp went over 102. Period!!! Would you let someone you loved, who was half out of their mind with a fever, make any decision? Neglect, pure and simple. Plus, she has so much drug crap in her body, any emergency room would have gotten the authorities involved and she would have been in serious jeopardy of loosing that baby. She would have been on her way to rehab, where she needed to be.

102. I agree. I think it was a badddd move...but we do not know what goes on behind closed doors....I think Stern with his manipulative ways has managed to get to him. Maybe Stern has dug something up on him???? I hope Virgie gets her granddaughter for sure now. She tried to tell Anna and she would not listen to her. Virgie is a strong lady! God knows where this baby belongs.....

1. She was already a "known quantity." Who is he going to find who is as well-known who can be brought up to speed quickly....and at what cost?

2. What was she uncomfortable about? And what makes anyone so certain that another attorney won't be just as uncomfortable (i.e., won't take the case)? And if that's the case, how exactly is Larry going to go pro se on something so complex that most attorneys couldn't even get a handle on this one?

Uh oh. I don't like the handwriting on the wall on this one.
