Just the fact that he was giving ANS unmonitored drugs from a duffel bag while she was being weaned from drugs in the hospital WHILE PREGNANT is reason enough for him going to jail. If you or I did the same thing, the courts wouldn't even hesitate!

For the custody hearing. Whoever is proved to be the biological father doesn't necessarily get custody.

4311. I saw a clip on T.V. where Howard is kissing the Baby on her mouth.
How creepy can he get.
I am afraid that he is trying to put his sliva in her mouth. It is the only way
that his DNA. will be present in the little girl.

Where from did they take her DNA? I expect them to at list
take samples from her Fingernails and her hair.
This guy can not be trusted. Why in the name of God they have not taken her away

4312. I only wished Larry would have paid to expedite the dna test. Stern would not have had time to appeal!!!! I hope Larry is the father so that this saga ends! If not then Vergie should take her grandbaby and leave the Bahamas for good. Can't waite for the Cornor's report!! I am jumping up and down!

Now Virgie is under more stress with so much money that she owes the Bahamian attorneys. $40+ grand that her Bahamian attorneys have sured her for is outrageous (to keep Danielynn in the Bahamas).

You'd think that the Bahamian court could have put that order in place for Virgie WITHOUT her having to hire outrageously over priced Bahamian attorneys.

This is insane.

The Bahamian gov't should have assigned someone very reliable and trustworthy to care for Danielynn AWAY from Howard long time ago.

A nurse places him out of the room at 4 a.m. Nurse Odumade Adenike noted that sometime after 2 a.m. Stern went to the nursing station and asked what restaurants were open – despite having already purchased soda, sandwiches and chicken strips at a 24-hour mini-mart an hour earlier.

"He left and returned back about 4:00 a.m., but he had nothing in his hand and went straight to the room," Adenike told police.

4316. Breaking Monday: Cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death to be announced.

ET is in Florida for all the breaking news in the ANNA NICOLE SMITH case, including Monday's big announcement when the Broward County medical examiner's office reveals the cause of Anna's death at 10:30 a.m. We've also learned that HOWARD K. STERN's attorneys have scheduled a press conference later in the day at 3 p.m. to address whatever bombshells the examiner might divulge.

The headline-making model was pronounced dead at a Florida hospital on February 8 after she was found unresponsive in her hotel room. She was 39.

Late last week, investigative reporter ART HARRIS spoke with DR. JOSHUA PERPER -- the medical examiner assigned to the case -- for an exclusive update.

While Dr. Perper said he would not speculate as to suicide or any other rumored cause of death, such as pneumonia or a possible drug overdose, he made it clear he would not determine the cause of death as an accidental suicide.

"There is no such thing as suicide by accident," he said. "In order for the manner of death to be suicidal, it has to be the intention of the person to take their own life."

Some have speculated that there have been delays in the findings because of a mystery surrounding Anna's sudden passing.

Law enforcement sources close to the investigation tell ET that Anna Nicole's death still remains suspicious, but investigators have not turned up enough evidence to convene a grand jury or pursue a criminal investigation. They tell us Stern has cooperated with authorities and has given them permission to look at a computer which they are examining for suspicious keywords and phrases.

The long-awaited and much-debated DNA tests on Anna Nicole Smith's six-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, finally took place Wednesday here in The Bahamas, the Guardian has learned.

DNA samples were taken from the baby and the man who claims to be the child's biological father, Larry Birkhead at an undisclosed location in the capital, to be later used in a paternity case involving Howard K Stern, who is listed as the baby's father on the birth certificate, and her current guardian, an inside source said.

According to reports, the parties involved met in a doctor's office at 9.00 am, where the DNA samples were extracted, and Birkhead was able to see Dannielynn. The results will be flown to a DNA lab in Columbus Ohio, but are expected to be in by Monday.

The Associated Press reported that Stern's lawyer, James Neavitt said: "Howard is the legal father. If Mr Birkhead's DNA matches, then he can come and say he's the biological father, and then YOU'LL HAVE THAT COURT BATTLE", Neavitt told The Associated Press.

A Supreme Court Judge yesterday ordered a DNA test to determine who is the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's six--month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, The Guardian has learned.
After two and a half hours of court proceedings with legal counsel for the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate, Howard K Stern, and the man who claims to be the biological father, Larry Birkhead, as well as Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, Justice Issacs ruled that DNA TESTING IS THE BEST WAY to determine the paternity of Dannielynn, and WHO SHOULD BE APPOINTED GUARDIAN OF THE BABY.

As he left the court Tuesday, Birkhead announced that it was a good day in court for him and indicated then that Wednesday would have been even better. "I feel great" Birkhead said.

4319. My theory is that the reason Howard Stern doesn't want to have a DNA is because he knows who the real father is as Anna-Nicole Smith likely told him. I believe that when Anna's sister came on TV and said that Anna-Nicole's deceased husband had his sperm frozen, that perhaps this is the secret behind everything. I also believe that Zha Zha Gabor's husband also knows this secret as Anna-Nicole may have told him because they were very close friends. That's why he came on TV and announced he will reveal who the real father is once the DNA results come out. I don't believe Zha Zha Gabor would still be with her husband if he came out on National TV with a story that he could also be the baby's father, so I believe they are setting Howard Stern up. As everyone knows, Anna-Nicole fought for years to get her share from her dead husband's Estate but his family contested it in court, so Anna-Nicole knew that if she got impregnated by his sperm that she would win now that this is his child. Now that the DNA has been done on the baby, my bet is that they will find out that Anna-Nicole's deceased husband had his sperm frozen when he was still younger and if Paul McCartney can get his wife pregnant at 70, I'm sure Anna-Nicole can also get pregnant on the sperm of her deceased husband. I believe because Howard Stern knew this, he planned her son's murder and then Anna-Nicole's murder so soon after the baby was born because he couldn't wait to get his hands on that money and no doubt he'll deny he even knew about the frozen sperm. I believe he is a very crafty lawyer who knew exactly what he was doing and he knew every angle to take in order to cover his tracks. He's a lawyer, so he knows how the legal system works. The only client Howard Stern had was Anna-Nicole and he isolated her from everyone so he could be in control of everything she did and said and where she went. Perhaps he was afraid she would tell someone their secret, not knowing that Zha Zha Gabor's husband already knew. I believe that is why Howard Stern was so eager to bring Anna-Nicole's will before the Judge because the will stated that no one but Daniel was to get anything from her Estate and now that Daniel is deceased, it appears that Howard Stern is not entitled to the money. Howard would know all this because he was her lawyer. otherwise, you would think that Anna-Nicole would've likely had her will changed after Daniel's death. I can't believe she would'nt want to leave anything for her own daughter. I believe that Howard Stern took Anna-Nicole to Florida to carry out his plans and purposely made sure that Anna-Nicole was so drugged that she would likely overdose as he must've known she was taking enough drugs to kill a horse and he chose to turn a blind eye and no doubt kept pushing more drugs at her. I believe he left the prescriptions with his name on them by her bedside to make it appear as though he had nothing to hide or else why would he leave them out in the open? He knew everyone heard about Anna-Nicole's history of drugs and he made sure to play the videos in court to convince everyone that she was an addict of her own doing and not his. I do not believe that Anna-Nicole refused hospital care because by then she was so out of it she was unable to make any kind of decision on her own and it was up to her caregivers to at least call a doctor to come to her room and have her examined but even that wasn't done. They didn't have to take her to a hospital if Anna-Nicole didn't want to deal with the Media. I find it hard to believe that in her condition, they believed she was actually sleeping that long. Meanwhile, all Howard Stern was concerned about was buying that yacht. It's obvious to me that the yacht meant more to him than the supposedly love of his life. I also believe he's the one who gave Anna-Nicole the unsterilized needle because she couldn't do it on her own and he may have even convinced her into having it, making her believe it would help her and because she was already likely high on something, she agreed. She was in a lot of pain and Howard likely convinced her that the needle would take the pain away, meanwhile it caused a bacterial and blood infection to go right through her whole system. You would think that that would've alarmed Howard Stern alone, knowing the needle may have contributed to her high fever, especially if she already had flu-like symptons. You don't have to be a doctor to know that Anna-Nicole could be in serious trouble after all that. I believe he had it all planned out to buy that yacht and he wanted to make sure he got it before she died. What man who claims to love someone, would take his girlfriend or wife to buy a yacht of all things, so soon after she just lost her precious son who she was still mourning over so much that she didn't even want to go on if it weren't for her baby Dannielynn whom she just gave birth to 5 short months earlier? Howard Stern must've known that Anna-Nicole wasn't of sound mind to make a trip like that and I believe he kept her drugged up so that she couldn't make rational decisions. He had to have known that Anna-Nicole was gravely ill and the nurse would've also known by checking her vital signs regularly. I believe they both should have at least received a criminal negligence charge or contributing to her death at least, by allowing her to take so many prescriptions and drugs all at once.
Surely both Howard Stern and the nurse had to know that so many different drugs taken together had to be very dangerous. I always felt that Howard Stern was behind the two deaths because they both occurred so soon after baby Dannielynn was born. Howard is financially in trouble if he had to borrow money from his parents, so he's the one with the most to gain by these deaths, so if he knows who the real father is, he knows Dannielynn would be awarded millions and that's why he is fighting so hard not to have the DNA done. I also believe that Howard Stern made sure to let everyone know in court that Anna-Nicole always believed she would die young like Marilyn Monroe and no doubt, he tried to make it look like a suicide or accidental overdose and he actually succeeded. Anyway, that's my
theory and I'm sticking to it!
