33. I missed the comments on court tv on the outcome of the paternity hearing today in the Bahama.

I only heard that the Virgie camp was sent to bring back proof on Tuesday to show that HKS is unfit to be a parent. What about the DNA case? Did Larry say anything when he came out of the court room? And, what about the hearing about the house?

Everyone was talking about how it wasn't the norm to do a dna in the bahamas but this isn't the norm and they know they have a scumbag on their island who is trying to run from the US laws and hide behind theirs.

It is about time! All this talk (from HKS's many attorneys, friends, family) about courts and going through proper legal channels makes me want to scream. Any half-brain knows that it doesn't really take courts to have DNA done. Anyone can do it. Yes, if HKS had any small hope of being a bio father to that baby...he would have jumped at it long ago.

BTW, did you all get a load of Krista B. On CCrier saying, now.. 'my client firmly believes he is the biological father..' Now, if that doesn't take the cake! Even his attorneys have never had the gall to go there. They will say he is the 'presumed father'. Or he is the 'legal father'. Thye have never claimed that he was the biological father.

Guess what I think....that there never, ever has been any intimate relationship involving sex between Howard and Anna Nicole. I just don't buy it. He knows he is not the father because he knows it is an impossibility.

FINALLY, that baby needs to bond with her father....thses cases often get too drawn out, remeber that 4 year old that was switched at birth and the one parents found out when their baby died of sids, and it took 4 or 5 years for the courts to order the real baby to go home to its rightful parents...screwing kids up.

The first 5 is so important, this baby was obviously already born addicted and kicking tons of drugs. If Howard stern cared at all for this baby he would have done EVERYTHING to keep drugs away from anna. Thats how I know its not his, a husband may not stop his wife from doing drugs, but he would let his unborn child be hurt.

43. Let's just wait and see. I am praying that the baby is okay. All of this madness is just wrong. We keep hearing the lawyers say that LB and HK$ want to settle/ have talked of settling out of the courts. My question is what is there to settle if HK$ says that he would handle the estate for no fees. Plus if he were the dad, he would have done the test weeks ago. I beleive that if he slept with ANS it was when she was in a drug induced stupor and didn't know who he was.
