DNA Test About to Happen

76. Look they usually use bloodtests for paternity cases and THAT is rare because it is considered very invasive. My guess the most will happen regarding DNA experts is that they will testify on the test itself, how it is performed, how less invasive it is and the success ratio. Bahamian courts are just not as familiar with this test as we are.

I mean for God sakes, they list their paternity testing as BLOOD TEST! This case may even change their own laws to fit the new age of science b/c they are so behind.

That is as far as I think it wil go on Tues IF this is true.

77. Go Vergie?????? Why would anyone want the baby to go with Vergie, when her own son is in a wheel chair because of her service revolver. Just because you are a blood relative of someone doesn't make them the best choice. Dannielynn would be better off with a loving adoptive family. Everyone involved with this is doing it for the money, everyone. I wonder how many people would be fighting for the baby, if there was no money.

78. Thank God, praise the powers that be. I pray that when Larry is proven to be the father, that the judge will not buy the latest round of crap Barf is heaping up " Psychological Parenting".

The only reason Dannilynne got to bond with the freak Stern is because she had no other choice in the matter so I dont buy the "psychological parenting" excuse. That is usually when a father or mother have been inentionally absent in the childs life and not due to the child willfully being kept from her daddy.

80. I am not going to get my hopes up. I'm just going to hope, and most of my hope is is that that baby be taken out of the control of this man under a cloud of suspicion for double homocide or at the very least facillitating 2 deaths. Let's hope this unstable sociopath doesn't get desparate. Also, with all the promotions of finally that have come before, as I said, I only hope. I also hope that the background checks are thorough, and that includes Larry Birkhead. What do we really know about him other than he was fighting for this baby, which he very well be the father of. Let's just hope if in fact he is the father that he is a good, decent human being. I have some trepidation with him and the environment he was operating in. Afterall, he was in one of the videos on the scene where Anna Nicole was strung out on the lap of Dr. Kapoor in some drug infested club scene, apparently not bothered by it all, and aware of her drug use. He claims he tried to do something, but do we really know that. I'm only hoping this guy if he turns out to be the father also turns out to be decent.

81. This was such a NO BRAINER....why has this issue taken so long to finally have an authority order the dam test. If Larry Birkhead is the father, will he let Virgie take on the role as "grandma" in the child's life? That is the next question after this test is done and he is proven to be the biological father.
