Gene Wilder's "Seinfeld" Connection

"Young Frankenstein" funnyman Gene Wilder appeared at a book signing in NYC for his new novella, "My French Whore," looking something like "Seinfeld's" Mrs. Costanza, actress Estelle Harris.

Gene Wilder
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

52. Please. He admitted in his book "Kiss Me Like a Stranger" that he started seeing his current wife while Gilda was dying. He's funny, but he's not a saint. It was just a harmless joke about his curly red hair.

53. Shame on Gene for still coloring his hair orange. By this comment I mean no disrespect to peolple who color their hair, people who have cancer, people who are of the jewish faith, or people who absolutely no sense of humor!

56. Seriously - who the hell would post something like this? Makes me ill - you should be ashamed of yourself considering what he has been through. Use your brain.

57. Shame on you. The man is older and has been very ill. You also managed to insult the woman too. Just mean and nasty, and for what? This kind of thing really detracts from this site.

59. How about you post a picture of Harvey Levin and than let us decide who he looks like.

If you're going for a gag with this one, it went over like a fart in church...if you're going for something serious, you obviously dont stay current with the latest in Celeberities lives, nor your own audience.

Now that Harvey is being seen on Nightline and Cable Shows and who knows whatever medium, the quality of TMZ stories has declined as they strive too hard for quantity.

Now be a good journalistic sport and print a retraction and an apology.

60. Winning a battle with cancer is a difficult feat. Luckily, Mr. Wilder came through with flying colors. That said, due to his age and illness, I think he looks fantastic! I only wish I look as good as him at his age!

You go Gene! Continue your writing career, and please make some more movies. Nobody is funnier than you, plus you have a great voice! Remember Willy Wonka and The Little Prince!
