Anna Nicole Smith Judge Popped for Dope

A judge in the Anna Nicole Smith case has been busted!

TMZ has learned Hollywood, Florida Judge Lawrence Korda, who heard evidence on the DNA paternity test, was busted on charges of possessing marijuana.

We're told Judge Korda was at Stanley Goldman Park in Hollywood, Florida at 2:00 PM yesterday. Two officers smelled marijuana in the air, which led them to Judge Korda sitting on a bench, allegedly smoking weed.

Judge Korda was given a notice to appear in court.

The offense is punishable by a maximum of 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

Stop letting tmz sensationalize everything. Besides TMZ (hide my face type of people and their names) there are reasons why you hide.

A real journalist wants to get credit for their stories, this is just a rag full of men (I mean boys and girls) who will never grow up.

Remember tmz - what comes around goes around. I think it is time to see what is in levins closet. Levin - is everyone working for you such innocents?

my husband doesnt pay any attention to this case, so i was explaining it to him. suddenly i stopped and said never mind - i couldnt count all the players - this is unbelievable - everyday you get another charater abound or killed off
