Judge KordaA judge in the Anna Nicole Smith case has been busted!

TMZ has learned Hollywood, Florida Judge Lawrence Korda, who heard evidence on the DNA paternity test, was busted on charges of possessing marijuana.

We're told Judge Korda was at Stanley Goldman Park in Hollywood, Florida at 2:00 PM yesterday. Two officers smelled marijuana in the air, which led them to Judge Korda sitting on a bench, allegedly smoking weed.

32. I don't think Marc Cherry or his writers could ever imagine any of this for Desperate Housewives. This is just unbelievable.

Anna, look at all the people you have involved and caused trouble for. These people's laundry would not have been aired if not for you!
I bet you are smiling down and just waiting for Howard to get caught....and he will...............

RIP ANNA NICOLE/DANIEL
Wish you were here to witness all this!

33. 60 days $500 fine? What about loosing his job? Judges should be held to a higher standard! Shame! I miss Judge (Fonz) Larry.........he was real!!

34. With all the wackiness in EVERY ASPECT of this story, why do some find it so hard to believe that Howie planned to kill Daniel & Nicole?

That concept isn't as far fetched as the judge being on dope, so why isn't it feasible?

35. You see I told you so. This is a Hollywood tales. And where did this story is coming from? Sorry! I prefer to listen to Greta's On The Record or Nancy Grace. It is getting so strange.

38.
its funny to think they were saying what a great example that court was opposed to the one before it...they said it was so 'calm' LOL!!! Guess the first judge just needed some weed to calm him down.

39. Oh give the judge a break! Everybody else is or was on drugs. He's just trying to be judge/jury of "peers." A good buzz might be in order for anybody to sit through all this drama. LOL

41. I wonder how his drug use affected his decision making on the bench, I mean it's not like it was a night activity, it was 2 in the afternoon. Maybe we should take a look at all his decisions; he may have done some serious damage to some families and individuals. This may be a great time for appealing a bad call you've experienced with this judge.

42. Well, even stoned this judge has more sense than Judge Seidlin, who acts as if he's always on a mushroom trip.

43. I don't really care who the hell smokes pot; the only thing you (usually) can accuse a pot smoker of is driving too slow. But this, how freakin stupid can you be to sit in a public place smoking pot.

What a dork!!!!

More twists and turns on the horizon, of that I am sure!!!
