They now have a week to challenge his ruling to un-earth Anna Nicole's grave. This O'Quinn will stop at nothing - Larry Birkhead is next in his crosshairs - Birkhead will never gain primary physical custody - behind-the-scenes PI's are getting the goods on Birkhead as we speak. Well he certainly wasn’t high when he wrote his decision, He probably needed it after t dealing with unethical (my opinion) Opri, LB, and her other attorneys. And she talks about a fraud?

I think a lot of you out there need a puff…or some prescription drugs!

Simply put neither California or Florida had the jurisdiction to Order a DNA test be done in the Bahamas. Didn’t Opri state on TV she was asking Judge Korda to enforce the California DNA Order so they could bring Dannielynn home? There was no Order! In fact as you will see below, the California Judge opined to Judge Korda it would be premature to contact the Bahamian authorities since there was no custody case. In fact, the Bahamas had already exercised its jurisdiction over the minor child.

This is the 2/28/07 decision when Opri requested Florida Judge Korda , Circuit Court harvest more DNA from Anna and to have Dannielynn DNA tested in the Bahamian authorities. (I copied this from a PDF file I may have made a small mistake or two Nothing to keep you from understanding it)
The Court having reviewed the file, heard legal arguments on the issues, reviewed applicable case law & statutes, communicated with the Honorable Robert A. Schnider from the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angelos, and being other wise duly apprised. The Court finds as follows:
(1 ) The Petitioner.( Birkhead ) was correct in asserting that the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. (hereinafter UCCJEA) to paternity cases, however, the UCCJEA applies only to the issue of custody. Therefore the UCCJEA is only applicable to those paternity cases where the issue of a minor child is before the Court.. (Judge then cites 2 Fla cases on which he based his decision) .
(2.) In his order dated February 20, 2007, the Honorable Robert A. Schnider declined for the second time to exercise jurisdiction over the minor child Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern (hereinafter "the minor child") finding that CA. is not the minor child’s home state.
(3.) (3) The CA court has been very clear that the sole issue before it is the determination of paternity and not the custody of the minor child. Therefore the UCCJEA does not apply to this particular paternity case.
(4) The CA court can not confer a greater jurisdiction to the FLA court than the one that it holds. This court stands in the same position as the CA court and is hence equally unable to exercise jurisdiction over this child.
(5) The CA and FL courts agree that with regards to the custody, the Bahamas is the proper venue. In fact, the Bahamas has already exercised its jurisdiction over the minor child.
(6) Fl courts have jurisdiction to enter order that affect government entities within the state. This courts involvement in this case is an extension of the CA courts. This court will continue to assist the CA courts to enforce orders rendered as they relate to subject matter and person within FLA jurisdiction.
(7) Based on the foregoing, this court does not have jurisdiction to send an official to the Bahamas to harvest the minor child’s DNA. Even if this court had jurisdiction to take such action, it would only be able to do so upon request from the CA court. The court finds this was the Petitioner’s request and not the Courts. There was nothing in the CA Court’s Order from February 20, 2007 requesting this court take such action. In fact, during this Court’s conversation with the CA Court the Honorable Robert A. Schnider opined it would be premature to contact the Bahamian authorities.
It is therefore ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows.
(1) In accordance with the Honorable Robert A. Schnider on February 20, 2007, and his verbal confirmation of said request, this court hereby orders The Broward County Medical Examiner to release the deceased Respondent’s DNA sample to the Petitioner’s expert, Michael L. Baird, PhD.
(2) The Petitioner’s request for the harvesting of the minor child is hereby DENIED. DONE AND ORDERED in the Chambers AT Fort Lauderdale, FL, Broward County this 28 day of February, 2007.

ET needs to be investigated...sounds like they had a vested interest in her dying..not living. Who in the world could do this with integrity. ET executives need to be put in jail. This whole thing with ET is the most disgusting thing i have ever witnessed on TV...BOYCOTT ET.
Selling her rights before she was even sick? Sounds like this is a HK$ planned calculated money whoring event...same as usual.

Stern ORDERED by Bahamian Judge to submit DNA swab tomorrow!

Stern's lawyers will try to APPEAL it overnight.

So Stern LIED when he said he would comply and allow the baby's DNA to be submitted if a Court of Law orders him to.

And the Court ORDERED the DNA to be submitted.
