481. I wonder if $tern is appealing so he doesn't have to have a dna, or if he's appealing not to submit Dannielynn to a dna. All they really need is dna from the baby. I still don't understand why they want $tern's.

483. I had a hearing infront of Judge Korda on Friday. I was trying to take custody of my children because their father was incarcerated for drug charges and had his mother hiding it from me.

The judge said that it's "ok to smoke a little dope." That he shouldn't have been in jail, the punishment was "too harsh." He told my ex not smoke it infront of the children. The judge asked me how I found out that my ex was in jai. I told him I found it on the internet. He replied "what are you a computer geek?" So basically I just spent $2500 on a lawyer and and flew all the way to Florida just for 2 pot smokers to stick together.

Wow I feel for you honey, that is just not right. While I think MJ SHOULD be legalized (it is a plant, after all), a judge treating you like that when it comes to drugs & your children is crazy. But I wish you luck.

Anybody who smokes pot is OK with me, but anyone who does so in a public place is a dumbass. If you were to tell me this judge smoked at home in the evenings I would not bat an eye, or say that all of his case rulings should be thrown out. But if he is smoking in a poublic place he needs to get his head checked.

And all you who write in all capital letters- ITS ANNOYING. Quit being lazy. And quit being such haters people.

487. YES.. I AGREE HIS RULINGS SHOULD BE LOOKED AT AGAIN. I HAVE ATTENTED ONE OF HIS COURT HEARINGS. ONE BIG JOKE. LAUGHING.. TALKING ABOUT HIS TIME IN THE ARMY.. WHAT DID THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE ISSUES PUT BEFORE HIM. WITHOUT GOING INTO DETAIL, I THINK OUR CASE AND OTHERS ALIKE SHOULD ALSO BE REOPENED. THE EVIDENCE THAT WAS PRESENTED WAS OVERWELMING. MAKES ME WONDER IF HE WAS STONED DURING OUR COURT HEARING. AND THE NERVE TO SIT IN PUBLIC VIEW, IN A PUBLIC PARK WITH KIDS AROUND HIM AND A PARK SIGN THAT SAYS THIS IS A DRUG FREE ZONE PUFFING ON A JOINT. IS HE OUT OF HIS MIND? EVEN POT HEADS DON'T DO THAT....

AGAIN... EVERYONE SHOULD PUSH TO HAVE HIS CASES PRESENTED BEFORE HIM LOOKED AT AGAIN.

488. As a result of this judge's foolish actions, every court case he's ever tried may come in to question. Although, his compultion for pot may have made court a bit more interesting

Although I'm not surprised. IF all of ANS's abuse was for percription drugs, and the enabler HK$, (Who has to be user), someone had to use the illegal stuff. And of course, here is the infamous Florida connection. There is always something in FLORIDA. It must be the humidity....
