Judge KordaA judge in the Anna Nicole Smith case has been busted!

TMZ has learned Hollywood, Florida Judge Lawrence Korda, who heard evidence on the DNA paternity test, was busted on charges of possessing marijuana.

We're told Judge Korda was at Stanley Goldman Park in Hollywood, Florida at 2:00 PM yesterday. Two officers smelled marijuana in the air, which led them to Judge Korda sitting on a bench, allegedly smoking weed.

Judge Korda was given a notice to appear in court.

The offense is punishable by a maximum of 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

46. Much ado about nothing!
Marijuana should be legal. The legal system should concentrate on harmful drugs and other more serious problems. I don't smoke it, but I disagree with people being harassed for using pot. Especially when people need it for medical reasons.
(If the judge is high when he is working - that's not a good idea!)

50. Hey #10 in most places getting busted with pot is just a small fine and that's it!!! I'm glad that I'm not that judge cause it's sounds like he's getting in more trouble than most and lucky him it get splashed all over the media. And since we are on the subject of pot WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL IT'S WAY SAFER THAN ALCOHOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

52. Pot should be legalized...Alcohol is a lot more dangerous. Pot smokers do not get all angry and mean and want to fight or beat women. DRUNKS do that!!!
That poor judge probably NEEDED a toke after dealing with all those ANS nuts.

56. I am a paralegal and very much interested into this case. It's interesting how all these people involved seem to disregard the law and just do their own thing. I always thought the rule was "Crime Does Not Pay" apparently an old clich'e.

It's to bad they closed Alcatraz because I know some of the people would end up there.
