I'm pretty sure they could retry the Anna Nicole case because it was so close in time. Asshole didn't want to deal with it because he didn't want the cameras on him while he was high.

88. What a joke. We all know this piece of shit hypocrite won't do any time. He'll get a slap on the wrist and some bad publicity and will be back to playing God in no time.

I live in Columbus Ohio and we have a judge here in town by the name of JOHN CONNOR who has been busted 8... count 'em 8 times for DUI!!! He is still on the bench. This shit amazes me. Is there no limit to what these bastards can get away with? Anyone else would be out of a job (and/or in jail) so fast their head would spin.
