93. Marijuana is a relatively harmless drug when compared to alcohol and most people who work in courts see that....it doesn't cause people to act violently like alcohol does.
I think no big deal....who cares if he wants to smoke a joint on his day off. I'd prefer he's doing that than downing beers or wine somewhere.

The big deal isn't so much that it was pot the big deal is that its against the law. For those of you saying that....the point is that he is a judge and is knowingly breaking the law....and he is the one that is suppose to be holding people to the law.
It doesn't matter if he or anyone else agrees with the law...he is a judge who is knowingly breaking it.
If it does affect your judgement was he high when he made decisions? Did he ever have to sentence for pot or drugs that were illegal ? if so was he using a double standard or did he let them off easy? It does raise a lot of questions
