The mom-to-be was snapped leaving her CAA agent's Century City office on Friday, showing off her Oscar-nominated body of work.

While Salma is an executive producer of "Ugly Betty," it's her enhanced gray anatomy that's an even bigger hit!

Holy Crap! She's gonna put Dolly Parton to shame in a few weeks. Pregnancy definitely agrees with her, that's for sure.

And yes ladies, we do like em that big. Bigger. We just don't tell you because then you get all butt hurt and hold out on us cuz your packin a couple of oranges and other women are packing honeydews.

Salma can't help her boobs. Pregnancy is what it is. :-) But she can help her hair. That overgrown shaggy dog look has GOT to go. Cut the bangs and some length, give it some shape, and she'll look like the gorgeous mother-to-be that I know she is under all that hair.
