The Bahamian hearing that will determine who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, is underway, and the three major players, Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur, have all arrived to court.
According to MSNBC, the waiting crowd erupted in cheers when Birkhead set foot on the grounds.
As TMZ first reported, the judge in the Bahamas is inclined to issue a DNA order as early as today. We've learned that at some point in today's hearing, DNA experts are scheduled to testify.
