32. With an appeal they usually argue about a statute correct? well theargument may be that their statute is that paternity testing is done by bloodtest only so they are veering off into uncharted territory, well for the Bahamas at least since they are so behind.

I mean it is total BS and to fight this on a techinicality really shows HKS true intentions.


and get this IF they win the appeal and it has to be requested by bloodtest, I bet those sharks wil argue that a bloodtest is too invasive. THEN by the time that happens, they will say that the baby has been with HKS so long it would be psycologically hard on the baby to separate them (even though I'm sure the nanny is the only one taking care of that child)

35. AMEN, HALELUJIAH!!! AWESOME!! I am just so proud they ORDERED, NOT DIRECTED, the DNA testing. That in itself is a huge step for them to take there in that country. 39. Why is it that everybody assumes that DannieLynn is going to inherit
the Marshall Estate that her mother was fighting for? It is my
understanding that it was ordered back to the State level only. The
Marshall family has stated publicly that they will continue to fight
and they have all the money to do so and keep this in the Courts for
years. I doubt that ANY of the Marshall money will come to
DannieLynn. In my opinion, what they are fighting for is the Estate
of Anna Nicole Smith. With that comes the licensing of her image and
likeness and will likely bring in millions of dollars. With the
carnival like atmosphere surrounding this case, no doubt every player
in this case knows that Anna Nicole is poised to becoming the number
one dead celebrity earner and they all want a piece of it. This baby
was born innocent and did not ask to be caught in the middle. I hope
the Bahamian and US justice systems do not let her down.

44. Well Larry made it clear when he went in to court talking to the reporter that there is NO DEAL, that this is not a game show, this is a baby! So now since HKS is not getting his way and Larry refused to sign the contract promising not to contest the will, he is gonna fight like hell.

BUT only a few days ago he was totally willing to make the child available (by testing or just handing over) IF Larry gave all the financial power to howard. THAT proves where HK$'s motives really are.

I wonder if Larry can use that "offer" HKS and his attorneys made in court.
