31. Finally. One cannot steal someone else's child and get away with it by fleeing to the Bahamas. Having one's name on a birth certificate does not make that person the father regardless of the laws in that country. My thoughts and prayers are with Larry Birkhead, and truly hope he can hold his baby girl in his arms, and take her home where she belongs with her kind and loving father, and his family. Lynda

32. first of the appliant is larry birkhead. the judge would issued a directive for him to get the dna test. he ask to ask howard if he will consent according to courttv. hks doesn't have to take a dna test , it larry that has to prove he is the daddy. i don't think larry is dad. i can't believe he still talks to the press when there is a gag order. he is always smiling, shaking hands and signing autographs. omg. i am tired that everyone is putting down hks because he is the only one grieving for anna. look at larry and vergie, no emotions

37. Someone needs to step in and remove that baby who is very much at risk with Stern. This rat's world is crumbling, I wouldn't put it past him to harm the baby if he thinks he's lost his cash cow!

39. I'm so proud of the Bahama judge. He's showing some class and wants the truth. I think he's probably tired of all of this garbage going on in his country. If and I pray he is, Larry is the daddy, let him bring his baby girl home.

43. Well about time of course sterns lawyers are goign to try appeal this overnight but good luck with that. And another lawyer in florida smokeing a joint in the park over the weekend maybe we really need to take a look at some of our judges.

44. There is something so creepy about Stern trying to hold onto Dannilynne by appealing. The truth shall set you free Stern so what are you afraid of?

I bet Stern is freaking out that drugs may show up in his and the babys DNA too. Stern reminds me of the creepy witch in Hanzel and Gretel. Get the baby away from him tonight Bahamas!
