Judge Says It's Time To Know -- Who's the Daddy?

Larry Birkhead & Howard K.SternThe judge in the Dannielynn "who's your daddy" case has just ordered up the telltale DNA.

The judge in the Bahamas just ordered Howard K. Stern to submit his DNA sample for testing along with Dannielynn's. Larry Birkhead's DNA will be tested as well. Anna Nicole's DNA is in the bag too. We're told the results could come later this week.

Birkhead left the courtroom with pumped fists in the air, jumping up and down.

If Larry Birkhead is the father, the judge could make a quick decision on custody. Then a passport would be the only thing standing in Birkhead's way of taking Dannielynn to the U.S.

46. Interesting, too, how after all the big fuss "Prince Gabor" keeps making, he is not down in the Bahamas getting his DNA thrown in the hat, too! Sounds to me like proof that O'Reilly calling him down was not false at all.

48. On WHAT BASIS will Stern appeal? Can't wait to hear this one..... betcha his first legal argument is, "It's what Anna wanted...."

Recall hearing last week on Court TV, that DNA takes 3-4 days for a result. Possible resolution by Friday, but I bet this runs into next week.

49. With an appeal they usually argue about a statute correct? well theargument may be that their statute is that paternity testing is done by bloodtest only so they are veering off into uncharted territory, well for the Bahamas at least since they are so behind.

I mean it is total BS and to fight this on a techinicality really shows HKS true intentions.


and get this IF they win the appeal and it has to be requested by bloodtest, I bet those sharks wil argue that a bloodtest is too invasive. THEN by the time that happens, they will say that the baby has been with HKS so long it would be psycologically hard on the baby to separate them (even though I'm sure the nanny is the only one taking care of that child)

51. HKS is appealing this, as per court tv. He knows Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn!
All his attorneys were blowing smoke up everyone's ass saying Bahamas is the
proper jurisdiction. One can hope Dannielynne will come to depise this man!
The sooner that kid gets out of the Drug Den the better! go Larry!

56. You know what HK$ problem is? He's still trying to deal himself in on the potential inheritance. If LB can prove he is the bio-dad, he can get his daughter and fire HK$ as her representative legal council in the Marshall case. That's what the real problem is, nothing about being the psycho dad.

DNA is a science...The baby's DNA will have only the DNA of the mother and the father.

58. AMEN, HALELUJIAH!!! AWESOME!! I am just so proud they ORDERED, NOT DIRECTED, the DNA testing. That in itself is a huge step for them to take there in that country. It's lookin better and better to live there by the day! And if only Howie gets convicted next week or at least indicted, YIPPPEEE, PACK OUR BAGS, WE'RE MOVIN TO THE BAHAMAS!

Here's a thought. We've ALL been talking about that government being corrupt, right? ALL over ONE BABY!!!

How can he use psychological father when the only reason he is with the baby to have bonded is because he kidnapped her in the first place.

So someone can kidnap a child and then when the real father (who has never stopped trying to get his own kid back) will be told too late..the child has bonded with the kidnapper?? That's fricken nuts...but just like howard.
