1053. I tried to post this earlier but nothing seems to be going through for me.

I wanted to see if I could share some information that might help clarify some things for some of you.

RE: Howard having to leave the Bahamas.

The Bahamas has a law that "visitors" may stay in the country for 8 months at a time. Each time you leave the country and return, your 8 months begins anew. Therefore, when Howard left the Bahamas to go to Florida for the hearings there, when he returned to the Bahamas, his 8 months started over. There really is not a limit on how many times you can leave and re-enter, but officials watch to make sure that the policy is not abused. Potentially, Howard can be there for a long time to come.

RE: Paternity testing

It seems as though a lot you are under the assumption that if the DNA test proves Larry to be the father that automatically Dannielynn will be handed over to him. Unfortunately, that is NOT how the law works, both in the US and in the Bahamas. If he is proven to biologically be the father, it will be "ammunition" to use in a custody case. However, Larry would need to actually fight a custody fight to show that it is in the baby's best interest to live with him. Courts in both countries make decisions based on "the best interest of the child". This means that HKS could put up a custody fight and attempt to show that Dannielynn's best interest would be served by continuing to live with him. Larry would need to show the same thing.

It seems as though a lot of you just think that Dannielynn would automatically go to Larry if he is the father, when that just isn't so. Even though we will know on the 3rd who the biological father is, the custody battle could rage on for a long time to come.

1055. Keep up the e-mails, faxes, letter and phone calls to the Newspapers, the courts etc., in the Bahmas. Keep letting them know we need those DNA results. LET THEM KNOW WE WANT A FAIR DECISION ABOUT THE HOUSE. ANNA'S NAME WAS NOT ON THE DEED. SHE TORE UP THE PAPERS BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE HOUSE, SHE WANTED IT GIVEN TO HER. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD SHE THINK A MAN WHO ONLY SLEEP WITH HER A FEW TIMES WOULD GIVE HER A $950,000 HOUSE. SHE WAS ON DRUGS FOR SURE.

Could you please be specific. What has she done that is wicked or evil. I really want to know.

As far as I know, she is the only one who even got AnS into rehab, i.e. Betty Ford Clinic; and according to people who knew them, and entries in her diary, they had a great relationship until HKS got involved. I know a family in California (very rich and prominent) who were good friends with ANS. They say that after HKS came into ANS' life they, too, were cut off from her; and could no longer get in touch with her, and she no longer contacted them.
