Howard K. Stern has just loaded baby Dannielynn into a car in the Bahamas and both are on their way to get a DNA test.
Yesterday, a judge in Nassau ordered that Anna Nicole Smith's daughter would be forced to undergo a paternity test to identify who the father is.
According to MSNBC, the results could take up to four days to process.

1111. Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley were interviewed on ET but they were unable to keep their stories straight.
First Thompson talked about how delighted Daniel Smith was to be able to pick up and hold his new sister Dannielynn and then in the next breath was talking about how he was really wanting to be the only child.
I'm speculating that Thompson and Shelley have made a deal with HKS in which Stern has agreed to return to them the Horizons house. Again just speculation.
But I think, in exchange, they have been given their talking points by Stern for their media appearances.
Those talking points are to paint Daniel Smith as unstable.
They mentioned anorexia, hospitalization for anorexia and depression etc.

O'Quinn doesn't lose court battles, sooooo I will sit and watch! Virgie will be a great Grandmother. DL looks like her, and Anna. Bonding shouldn't take long. I believe Virgie over a stoned Anna. It's funny she didn't hate Virgie until the last of her life. Virgie was trying to protect Anna when she went on NG. She didn't say Anna killed Daniel, as some have said. She said, "Vickie Lynn baby , be careful who you hang out with, you could be next". I have watched the video more than once, and have not seen where she said Anna killed Daniel. Stern coaxed the interview with his (cash cow, ET)..He needed money to pay for the pink house, and boat, knowing Anna wouldn't be making a lot of money under the circumstances. DL is Virgie's blood relative. She deserves whatever O'Quinn fights, and wins for her. IMO

1113. Does anyone have any concerete information that Virgie has been married 5 times, which doesn't show stability. If it is true think about her other children who had to deal with so many stepfathers.

1114. bink, Anna did "decide" who she wanted as her child's father when she had unprotected sex with Larry Birkhead. What she CAN NOT decide is, after the fact, that she 'changed' her mind. Since Larry Birkhead was apparently going to expect her to try to get off drugs and be a real Mother or he would take the baby.....you don't get to go 'daddy shopping' in order to keep up your drug soaked life style! Dannielynn deserves...now think about this...deserves to know and grow with her only surviving parent if he's willing and able to step up and do the job! Anna got her "wishes" with Daniel and look how that turned out....can you say...six feet under! come on out of denial, people, it's great out here!

1115. I sure hope that Howard didn't pay off the DNA lab to switch the DNA of him and Larry. That would be a mess... I really see no point in taking Howards DNA till they could test Larrys, then if Larry wasn't the Dad they could test Howards. This way there is a chance of a switch. I hope not. I am 99% sure Larry is the Dad, Dannielynn looks just like the perfect mix of Larry and Anna.
If they can't find the father, I'll give that sweet little baby a home and give up all the money.. She just needs a good loving home and a parent (or parents) that love her.. It breaks my heart to see this and what is happening to this little angel..She didn't ask to be brought into this mess. :(

1116. Yep Virgie was a great mother, I wish my mom would come and drink with me too. LOL Virgie was the most screwed up mother. She made Anna what she is today. Larry will get that baby and move where there is NO GRANDPARENTS RIGHTS.

1118. Yes I do believe Larry is the fahter but Anna wanted Howard to be. I do feel sorry for larry but I do not think hes fit to be a fahter. Larry i sout for the bucks just like Howard.

1121. Crier is just like the other media that let O'Quinn basically call someone a murderer. Barf sure did expose the gut who sent her the threatning letter. The courts will be full of slander and defamation of character lawsuits for eons and eons.

1122. I agree with ya'll that think Virgie isn 'unstable' at the very least. I don't think the 'apple fell far from the tree' in this case at all! I think if Anna hadn't met J.Howard Marshall while she was in a Strip Club in Houston...she would most likely have ended up exactly like Virgie with 5 husbands and a bunch of kids that had no contact at all with their own Fathers. Whether we admit it or not, we are a product of our environment and Anna Nicole (probably Virgie too ) was not given, direction, a foundation or even any education. Unfortunately, Fathers are devalued in this Country today (just look at the Maury show where they DNA test a dozen men) and I'm just so GLAD that Larry is stepping up and willing to jump the hurdles Stern has put up to claim his daughter!
