1164. Anna does not have the right to appoint a Daddy to DL, if the bio Dad is living, and will not relinquish his rights. She thought she could get pg, have the baby with no conflicts. It may have worked in the Bahamas except she for the fact she died. Any decent purposed father would/should come forward and claim paternity, as LB and others are doing. DL needs to know her bio Dad. No child should go through life not knowing...IMO Let all the guys who are claiming paternity take the test...Line 'em up. Being a bio Dad, doesn't make a father. When one is determined to be her Dad, that person should be put through the mill with Social Services, LE, IRS etc. in order to provide a good, clean, honest environment for DL. It's not over with the dna test..Custody may take a couple of months. If Stern appeals, it could take longer, so sit back ppl, relax and breathe.

Entertainment Tonight correspondent (the African American bald guy) is on Headline News spinning the story!

He is saying that Howard K. Stern (as the Executor) gave the Seminole Police department PERMISSION to look at the computer that Shelley took from Horizons.

Okay! Now ET is pulling out all the stops to make Stern look less disgusting than he is.

Imagine ET is sending its hosts out to news organizations to spin for Howard!!!

The black host even said that there was an e-mail that ET received saying that Anna committed suicide!!!!

Holy criminey! I can't believe this! How GROSS!!!!!

1169. 1148. bink, Anna did "decide" who she wanted as her child's father when she had unprotected sex with Larry Birkhead. What she CAN NOT decide is, after the fact, that she 'changed' her mind. Since Larry Birkhead was apparently going to expect her to try to get off drugs and be a real Mother or he would take the baby.....you don't get to go 'daddy shopping' in order to keep up your drug soaked life style!

First Anna told Larry he was the father...then it was Ben Thompson (looking for another old rich guy she could bilk for money) then it was Stern.

Stern has known from the begining that any of them could be the father. He doesn't have an ounce of integrity in his body to do the right thing...dispicable.

I'm not sure if anyone heard this - but early tonight on Nancy Grace's court tv conversation with Jean Casarez, Jean was able to get an interesting bit of gossip from a source inside the doorway of the court house. Jean said that you could see them standing talking to one another and it was not a pleasant exchange.

Well today, she was informed by an "un-named" source who is credible that told her that Stern said to Larry, "you should have called me, it would have been over sooner". Larry said to Stern, "no"!! Larry then said to Stern that if he interfered any further with the will or continued to claim that he is the administrator, legal trustee of the will, he will fight him all the way to the Supreme Court".

If that conversation is true, I say, I would support Larry Birkhead's resilience to fight to rid hm of Howard K. Stern and hopefully Ron Rale as well, because they have really done nothing but ran interference over Anna Nicole's life and Larry is doing the right thing by fighting to protect his daughter!!! This tells me that Larry Birkhead does not trust Howard K. Stern and that is just right on the money, "if you pardon the pun".
