1172. If you all think it's a done deal for Larry when the DNA comes back you all wrong. Virgie will fight Larry for the baby. Have you noticed Larry is staying away from Virgie. O'Quinn will be bashing Larry next, saying he is not a fit father. Remember he is the one that said they both were JUST SPERM DONORS. He is keeping quite for now, since most are for Larry to be the father and it wouldn't look good if he came out and hit on Larry. But mark my words, he is in the background just waiting.

1177. On Catherine Crier - Court TV - just heard that Vergie Arthur has hired a former FBI investigator!!! He also issued a stern letter to Attorney Krista Barth to get her to desist from bad mouthing Vergie Arthur. Its about time, something was done!!! I always thought that things went a bit too far where Vergie Arthur was concerned.

Unfortunately Krista Barth was invited on the show to vent her frustration and anger at the media and Larry Birkhead and Vergie Arthur's investigator. Its really interesting to see how Catherine Crier handled her and they almost came to blows when Krista Barth ducked and dived over the question of the clown video tape!!!

Your points well taken; however, I don't think O'Quinn will fight larry. Virgie doesn't want full custody, imo only the right to have visitation visits. She knows she can't have it with Stern, and possibly any other guy who may be the father. The fact is, she is her blood Grandmother. Anna loved her, and vice versa until Stern came into the picture. Virgie didn't approve of drugs, and Anna had no intention of stopping, except for the one time at Betty Ford (Virgie took her there). Anna cut her off, in favor of drug buddies, and enablers. She lost a daughter through drug use....she deserves to be a part of her Grandchild's life. IMO

1183. Something needs to be done to insure JUSTICE FOR DANIEL SMITH.

From watching ET the last two nights, it appears, IMO, that ET/Insider (HKS's personal PR firm) have launched a very deliberate campaign to attempt to influence the upcoming inquest into Daniel's death.
At least indirectly.
By trying to sway public opinion to think of Daniel Smith as having been unstable and deeply troubled.

************And therefore dying as a result of suicide.*************************

I think ET will be hammering in the insinuation, night after night, until the inquest and then night after night throughout the inquest that Daniel Smith committed suicide.

1185. Virgie's lawyers AND her FBI guy ALL SAY that virgie wants custody of the baby. THEY ALL STATED that larry is UNFIT AND HAS NEVER RAISED A CHILD and that virgie has raised 4 of her own and daniel until he was 7. THAT IS A FACT....her people have said it OVER AND OVER so if anyone feels that virgie is all about the truth and getting the baby to her father than you were mislead....hmmmm
