Dannielynn, Stern En Route to DNA Testing

Maybe if you could spell criminal, I would be more inclined to believe you. What criminal history of his family? Tell me where and what?

It is common knowledge that Anna was his first client out of law school and his only, so move on. He got her case all the way to the supreme court. Some seasoned attorneys can't do that.

where on earth did you come up with 3 million dollars owed to the IRS, I have have only heard that figure for the ET coverage, which by the way goes to Danielynn, not Howard.

Howard Stern has always leeched off Anna Nicole in life and also in death. He took advantage of the situation and controlled Anna so he could keep on mooching. Now he is mooching off little Danilyn, even he and the whole world knows he is not the father. If he had a job or true career, he might have gained some respect. But it is so clear that he is a MOOCHER and LOSER and will soon be exposed for what he truly is. It will all come out in the end. They are coming for HKS!

It's VERY upsetting that the Bahamas online news http://www.bahamasb2b.com/news has been shut off from the U.S. (I hope I'm wrong ...if I am, please post it here). There were many brave journalists at that site, reporting the HONEST news about the Anna Nicole saga AND the corruption in the Bahamian government.

The Bahamian government is corrupt and they are EXPLOITING Dannielynn. They hope to gain all of the taxes from the "Marshall money" that may be pursued by HKS! The taxes on $88 million dollars (minimum) would be very welcomed by the Bahamas Gov't. I've been posting this concern of mine since I Googled "Corruption in the Bahamas".

"Custody battle may be fierce" By INDERIA SAUNDERS, Guardian Staff Reporter

The long-awaited and much-debated DNA tests on Anna Nicole Smith's six-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, finally took place Wednesday here in The Bahamas, the Guardian has learned.

DNA samples were taken from the baby and the man who claims to be the child's biological father, Larry Birkhead at an undisclosed location in the capital, to be later used in a paternity case involving Howard K Stern, who is listed as the baby's father on the birth certificate, and her current guardian, an inside source said.

According to reports, the parties involved met in a doctor's office at 9.00 am, where the DNA samples were extracted, and Birkhead was able to see Dannielynn. The results will be flown to a DNA lab in Columbus Ohio, but are expected to be in by Monday.

The Associated Press reported that Stern's lawyer, James Neavitt said: "Howard is the legal father. If Mr Birkhead's DNA matches, then he can come and say he's the biological father, and then you'll have that court battle," Neavitt told The Associated Press.

A Supreme Court Judge yesterday ordered a DNA test to determine who is the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's six--month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, The Guardian has learned.

After two and a half hours of court proceedings with legal counsel for the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate, Howard K Stern, and the man who claims to be the biological father, Larry Birkhead, as well as Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, Justice Issacs ruled that DNA testing is the best way to determine the paternity of Dannielynn, and who should be appointed guardian of the baby.

As he left the court Tuesday, Birkhead announced that it was a good day in court for him and indicated then that Wednesday would have been even better.

"I feel great" Birkhead said.

i honestly think Larry is the father but like someone else had also said, Anna would have wanted Howard to be the father. Thats why she did what she did.
If Larry is the Father, then poor howard will be all alone!!! With Anna being gone, Howard will be nothing without DannieLynn. Anna was his world. Vice Versa. Whether they were just friends, or lovers. They were inseperable. I'm not saying I like or dislike Howard, just stating how i feel.

Why are we suppose to care what HKS feels? Hell - the baby belongs with it's biological father. Larry has not done anything not to deserve his child. One the other hand HKS took video of ANS pregnant with DL & high & laughing. Right there it shows how much he cares for DL. With that alone the DL should of been taken from him already.

I hope and pray Larry Berkhead was told about Greta's suggestion on her show last night, I SO HOPE he has someone getting the results/ partial sample from the Ohio Lab, and doing what he has to do at the Calif Court, TODAY, so THAT COURT can release the results and order the Bahama Court to give the baby to Larry IMMEDIATELY, if the DNA results do prove he is the father. Or, possibly that scum Stern could be charged with kidnapping? It is way past time someone other then Stern had complete control of this whole situation concerning Anna, Daniel, and this poor innocent baby who is being treated like a prisoner.

My theory is this: Anna had Howard sign the birth certificate because she most likely knew that Larry would one day sue her for custody of the child (her being an unfit Mother) and therefore Anna would have had to pay HIM child support. Wouldn't that put a big dent in her and Howard's drug-addicted lifestyle? She had Howard sign that he was the father and took her to the Bahamas thinkiing Larry would leave it alone. Everyone needs to realize that Dannielynn is a little human being and they should all do right by her by being honest and telling the truth. I believe that Larry IS the Father and it is my hope that she ends up with him. Howard is just after the money just like he has always been. I won't be one bit surprised if we find out down the road that he was involved in both the death of Anna Nicole AND her son, Daniel. Time will tell...
