2566. The so called smoking gun that O'Quinn and Birkhead were waiting on has been unloaded. No huge conspiracy to knock ANS off to make away with the baby and the money by Stern. The notion was too stupid from the get-go anyway. With the autopsy concluded with no illegal drugs or foul play, the case is closed. In addition, the civil suit that her mother was licking her lips over is null and groundless. Birkhead......paternity and custody are two different issues in the Bahamas. Even IF LB's dna is a match, good luck proving HKS as unfit. He's done nothing wrong and has been cleared.

What will you people do with yourselves after Monday IF the ME and police annouce they've turned up nothing but someone who took an accidental overdose? No criminal wrong-doing by anyone, they didn't uncover evidence that Stern is a drug dealer or a pimp..etc. Her body just couldn't sustain her pill popping anymore? Okay, what happens then..........HKS payed off the ME? Perper is not a licensed ME? Umm, everyone is lying to protect Stern because he payed them off with money he apparenty has yet on this board everyone claims he's broke. You can't have it both ways. Why dont you do something novel....what for the authorites.......the people that actually know something about this case.....to tell us the TRUTH.

2568. Why do u think the DNA results will be honest? Who picked the lab? When Dannielynn spit up on Larry, what happened to prevent Larry from having the shirt, cloth, whatever, tested?
Thank you to all the investigative reporters who have asked the tough questions, HKS does want the media to shut up, and everybody to believe that Anna was the same after she knew HKS had killed her son. Then he can live off of her for the rest of his miserable life.
Waiting for the DNA announcement. Waiting for the grandmother to get temporary custody of the baby. PLEEEEZE let some common sense be used. And what about the paternal grandparents rights? what does anyone have against Virgie?She deserves to hold and love her granddaughter. IMO

2570. I don't know what dense cloud I have been under the past few weeks to not have remembered this. What about big, fat, pill poppin, banana sandwich eating, I can't take a walk outside my house.....ELVIS? He died on the toliet. A heart attack due to his constant pill popping. I'm SURE he was not walking to his local Osco or Walgreens to pick up those `prescriptions'. Why did we not crucify his..........enablers?! Why did they allow him to use the bathroom himself and not check on him every 5 minutes? Why did they ALLOW him to ingest all of his medication? OMG, his handlers should have handled him better. Clearly they are to blame.

Stern told Larry to cut him a deal by letting HK$$ keep D.L.'s money. Otherwise, HK$$ would keep the trial held up in appeals court till DL is 18.

2575. I agree Connie. And another thing I don't understand is this: Everyone keeps saying that Howard is only a "visitor" and can only stay there for 8 months. The do say he can go back to the US and start over again, but they also say he can only do that so many times before the government will not allow that anymore. So, if he is not a resident and Dannielynn is a US citizen, why does this birth certificate nonsense matter? I know that Anna Nicole was (even if she did get it the wrong way) a citizen, but she is gone now. Just like Lisa Bloom said on CourtTV this morning, it takes 2 to tango and you don't get pregnant by someone, 5 mths later decide that you wish someone else to be the father and move to another country to allow that to happen.

Let's flood these with emails stating our dissatisfaction of how a woman could name anyone on a birth certificate and the officials treat it as a legal document. I could name Brad Pitt as the father on my baby's birth certificate and it would be legal by Bahamaian law. Everybody would be pissed and in a riotous mood. We might even picket the court house. That law needs to be changed so it can't be exploited by shysters like HK$$$$$$.

2579. Doesn't matter to me if he is a murderer or not. Just because it appears he is not doesn't mean he should have Dannielynn. After the results of Anna's autopsy yesterday people ran here and posted that Howard should keep the baby, just for that reason. If Larry is her father, he should have her. He said on the stand in Florida that Anna was his responsibility and had been for years..... look what happened to her. I question whether a man that allowed that to happen on his watch should be allowed to raise a child.
