64. I think if Larry is NOT the Father then UNLESS they have something on HKS pertaining to the deaths of ANS and her son, then Dannielynn will stay with Howard since he is listed as the FAther. UNLESS the Prince steps up and says he wants his DNA analyzed. Wouldn't that be a HOOT??? I hope it is Larrys baby for all peoples sakes. I think he and his family are the best options for Dannielynn and chances for a normal life. I can't help; but think how shattered Larry would be if it were not his?? He seems to really believe with all of his heart that it is his child. I think he will be devasted if it is not. At least it would bring closure for him one way or the other.

66. I am thankful and a little amazed that Howard didn't pull a last-minute trick of some kind in order to block this thing. And for all you doubters as to the fact that Larry is the actual father, I AM SURE that when he went for his visit that he was able to get enough DNA on himself at that time to de an independent test, just in case. So, God Bless You Larry, and for Heaven's Sake, WATCH YOUR BACK, because the vultures are certainly circling, and as good and kind as you seem to be, they will try to eat you alive, because of that money. YOu need to get some "real" protection/bodyguards, a tremendous attorney, and document EVERYTHING!!! Virgie's hot on your trail with John O'Quinn, I I believe they will stop at nothing to get their way. It sure isn't about having her "grandmotherly rights", IT'S THE MONEY!!! And as for Howard, well that speaks for itself. Has anyone thought to check out his story about his "parents" giving him the money to pay for the attorneys. I would be willing to bet that he has been funneling money from Anna for Quite some time. He wrote the Will (convenient), he set up the birth certificate (even more convenienct), he set up the grave-sites (Ummmmm), and HE WAS ABLE TO SIGN CHECKS, AND OH YES, HE ORDERED HER DRUGS....(And what is the payoff he promised the Psychiatirist at the end of all of this, who just by the way happened to be in the room when Anna died!!!!! God Bless You Larry!!! You're the real hero in all of this!!!!

67. Can't HKS be be disbarred from the American Bar Association under lack of Ethics and Codes for:

1) Failing to pay taxes under Anna's company, while named as an Officer of the company
2) Claiming that he is in FACT the baby's father if he knowingly has never slept with Anna
3) Allowing and knowing that Anna Nicole was taking prescription drugs in other people's names
4) Being in possession of Methodone while being a licensed Attorney
5) Committing the murders and/or involuntary manslaughter of 2 people - Daniel and then Anna Nicole, which carry the death penalty -- and he could be forced to give up his Legal license.

Also, which state is Howard supposedly licensed in? I heard his California license has expired. So does he now have a license in another state? Possibly the Bahamas?

Also, are we sure that all documents that are in Howard's possession have not been forged by him ??

68. What I don't understand is why didn't they go ahead and make Howard give a DNA sample at the same time Larry and Dannielynn did. That way Larry won't have to fight Howard for a DNA sample if the test shows Larry is indeed Dannielynn's father. He would be able to take custody right away and not go through anothert court battle.

70. Krista Barth told Court TV last Friday afternoon that Howard K. Stern asked Richard Milstein to remain the legal guardian of Dannielynn and handle the money.

They asked Krista how HKS paid for Dannielynn's diapers - Krista said HKS does not receive on penney from the ET (via CBS/Paramount who owns ET) from the millions paid for Anna Nicole's funeral - all that money went into a TRUST for DANNIELYNN -

AND HKS asked Richard Milstein to manage her money -

What about in the Bahamas? That is different - right?

I believe it will be very difficult for Howard K. Stern to prove he is fit to be Dannielynn's father and raise her.

He owns nothing - not a house, no job - no money - only his parents supporting him with his father's pension. This is according to HOWARD.

He has a boat load of court battles just to stay out of trouble and reach his personal goals which can be achieved by what path?

How long will he be able to live off of other people - hiding and blaming all these horrible people who care about Daniel's death & Anna - but most of all Dannielynn.

71. All I can say is, WHY is the Bahamian judge allowing more stalling tactics??!!

Since Howard did not submit his DNA by choice, then so long as Larry's DNA matches the baby's, why can't they just give the baby to Larry???

At the VERY LEAST, the baby should be taken out of Howard's custody till the results are in.

That should be the end of the story.

Looks have nothing to do with whole case !! If Anna trusted Howard soooo much, then why did she make the comment "You Caused This" when Daniel passed away?

Also, it is true that nobody knows what the future holds and if Howard would be a good father, but, DanniLynn DOES have every right to know who her biological father truly is !!

73. Oh my, this is something that should have taken place weeks ago. Finally Dannielynn gets to be with her father. This story is very upsetting to a lot of us and I'm glad Vergie gets the chance to spend time in her granddaughters life. She needs to live a normal life and the kid deserves it.

75. Hey number 35, I follow the case VERY closely and guess what? the birth certificate is a FRAUD. Not only that but it's already been said that Anna asked another man to sign it also and he wouldn't so then Stern did. Does that tell you anything?!!!!!! It tells me that Anna did not want to share custody with the real father and if she wanted HKS to really be the father why did she ask someone else to sign first? HKS controlled Anna. He knew the bahama laws are different, thats why he had her move to the bahamas! Do you really think Anna thought of all of this why she was so clouded on drugs? NO, it was Howard who is an attorney and knows the laws.
