76. If the DNA comes back and Larry is the Father, some of you seem to think he will have to fight for custody from HKS, because of Bahamian law still sees him as the Father. What you all fail to realize is that The Bahamian Government hates Howard and would like nothing more than for him to leave. I think they will give the baby to Larry as quick as they can and then get rid of Howard as quick as they can. They hate him, in their eyes he is a sneaky individual who does not encompass the morals of the Bahamian people.

The DNA taken from HKS and Dannielynn today, have been put on a court ordered hold. Because HKS has filed an appeal. Also HKS was served papers by G. Ben Thompson's attorney.

82. BUT I heard on the news awhile back that the baby is NOT a Bahamian citizen that she can file for citizenship at the age of 18. HKS is not a Bahamian citizen either, he is a visitor and something about he has 8 months to stay and each time he leaves the country and goes back the 8 months start all over again. But I suppose if DNA comes back that Larry is the baby's father the Bahamian government will do the RIGHT THING and boot HKS out of the country and he'll have to take Dannielynn with him and if things go right he'll end up back in the states, more importantly back in California where being the biological father means everything. Its bad PR for the Bahamas in my opinion to do anything else, regardless of their law. We're talking American citizens in a foreign country. The baby was born there sure but it they say she is not a citizen well she's definately an American citizen born to American parents...so this should ultimately be settled in American courts.

84. Good for the Bahamas for finally getting the baby daddy question on its way to being solved. I would imagine LB has a lot of reasons to believe it is him, because I cannot imagine anyone going through all the time and expense of proving it if he didn't REALLY believe it. Surely, not just for publicity, but then again, all the players in this drama are wacky.

I just want that baby to be able to start bonding with her REAL father ASAP, before she gets any older. I hope the press and public will leave her alone, to grow up without the freak show her poor brother was subjected to.

85. I have a feeling that neither Larry or Howard are the father. Take a look at G. Ben Thompson's eyes and compare them to Dannielynn's eyes. Very similar. Big eyed. The size of your eyes do not change as you get older. The size you are born with remain that size. Yes, Larry has blue eyes but i'm betting Ben Thompson is the daddy. Anna had a thing for older men. Afterall she married an 89 year old man when she was only 26 years old. It also strikes me as very odd that Ford Shelly and Ben Thompson would enter and remove so many items from Anna's home. Like they were looking for some info. that Anna was hiding about them. Really, your friend Anna Nicole dies and the first thing you can think of is stealing the baby paintings off the wall from the nursery that Anna did for Dannielynn. For God's sake what's the whole purpose of that? Did they really think Howard would destroy those paintings or something. They had no business stealing personal documents and computers from Anna. Then selling personal photos of Shane Gibson to the media. Very odd behaviour from those 2 men. They are probably on someone's payroll in the Political Bahamas election.

I don't think Howard is the evil person that the world is making him out to be. It's an insult to Law Enforcement......don't you think if the police had any reason to think Howard is at fault for Daniel or Anna's deaths they would have had him investiagated by now. Anna was addicted to pills long before Howard came along. She even got drunk underage with her own MOTHER. No one can help an addict unless they want to help themselves. That really is the bottom line. Daniel probably was accustomed to seeing Anna take lots of pills for this or that and thought nothing of doing it himself not knowing that it would result in his own death. It's very sad but probably as simple as that.......heart failure to mixture of drugs. The body can only take so much and Anna's body had reached it's limit just like Marilyn Manroe's!

One thing i always wondered about is why Larry has never thrown out to the media baby photos of himself if he is so sure he is the daddy. Usually babies look exactly like one parent or another when they were a baby. Or even a grandparent baby photo or great-grandparent baby photo will be similar looks. My daughter looks exactly like her GREAT-grandmother at the same age of 2 years old. That's something i would definitely be doing is digging up baby photos to compare.

87. If Larry is not the Father - than Howard is assumed the father, until someone else makes another DNA claim. Howard WE love you. Larry would have to fight for custody, because he HKS is listed as the Father and not Larry. The child has been in HKS primary care since birth.

I support Virgie, Dannielynn's grandmother, to have custody of her now until the Bahamian courts work out where Howard & Dannielynn could live, how he is going to support her and all his court battles are over.

Court TV said Howard may push the appeals all the way to the highest court in ENGLAND.

HKS has a lot of explaining to do - and until the final decision is made - who will get permanent custody of Dannielynn -

Virgie Arthur morally, ethically and for protective reasons - Virgie should get custody of Dannielynn NOW. She has/is establishing a home in the Nassau - she is not going anywhere until she has fought her life fight for her grandson, daughter who are dead, and Dannielynn who deserves to be protected for this wild crowd of millionaires with their money, mansions, and boats.
