94. DNA will also be compared to Anna's DNA so as not to have a baby switch like they anticipated happening. And fighting Howard for custody after paternity is proven to Birkhead is what I do not understand at all. They would even consider letting someone who is not her blood raise the child? Something about that law just isn't right. Why would a stranger have any right to this child? They weren't even married. I can understand Vergie trying to fight it, but a person who isn't even her blood as is Howard? Nope, that should be changed. If Birkhead is father, they need to hand over and let him go on raising his kid.
They have done background checks on all of them anyway. Someone who has an inquisition hanging over his head for murder, needless to say videos he was directing of ANS, to me doesn't make a good father-figure. I would think the Court would consider those issues if we all have.

TIme to "get down to business with " The Inquest " into Daniel's death. Even without Anna's testimony Daniel is telling us from the grave WHO DID THIS TO HIM. HKS foolishly thought that by elimating the only living person that was in that hospital room....he could walk away and not take responsibility for what he has done. However,,,,,,, With the eye witnesses and 30 people testifying.... HKS doesn't have to say a thing. His past behavior and drug trails he's left behind should be enough. Add in the " taped Interviews
where he lies and changes his story ....than perhaps that will be enough.

Daniel dreamed of his mother in a coffin. Very profound. He had a premanition. He was scared of HKS. Can you imagine how terrified Daniel must have been in his finial moments ? HKS most likely, was the one who caused those BRUISES to Daniel's body. Held him down and used a pillow to cover his face. " JUST TO MAKE SURE " Of course he waited until he was knocked out . Then moved in for the " KILL "

Both Anna and Daniel are telling us WHO DID THIS TO THEM. In a twist of fate Anna's death helped bring justice to Daniel.

97. i think its interesting that people keep saying the baby should stay with howard because thats what anna wanted... well the father has rights also, if they couldnt find the father then i would say the baby would go to the person on the birth certificate, but if the bio dad wants the child then the child should go to him... if she didnt want the bio dad involved she should have had an abortion.

98. I hope the baby is Larrys but what if it isnt ? I mean its not like she was monogamous. I do hope its his though.Also I worry about the safety of the baby lets look at this way HKS could lose everything.
Dannielynn is his meal ticket with out her he loses the possibility of 450 million
He will be shamed in front of everyone
He will probably not get a good job after this and no celebrity would want to be around him after Anna
His company has been shut down because of taxes
Annas california house has unpaid back taxes against it
He is known as a pimp and drug pusher and possibly facing charges
He is probably getting desperate when you have nothing left to lose then you may think unrational and harm yourself or the baby

100. Thank the Bahamas' legal system!
Professional children's health care workers such as Health and children's services state that it's in the best interests of the child to know who their parents are. Finally someone is doing what's in the child's best interests. Why Howard was not offering to do this himself and why he's still not offering his DNA to prove this for the child is questionable.
If the DNA proves Burkhead the father, why should Howard be given the legal right to raise another mans daughter? If Howard lied about being the father it's clear to me what his objectives are. Burkhead on the other hand was desperately trying to prove paternity for this child long before Anna died and millions of dollars were at stake.
I hope and believe Burkhead is the Father.

101. Fox just reported that HKS is appealling the DNA, even though DNA has been done, HKS appealed it.. why? He had no choice but to send the baby this morning for the testing, once Supreme Court Justice Stephen Isaacs directed Stern to provide the baby's DNA samples and he refused, his Lordship would have “gave directions” to social services to take custody of Dannielynn until paternity and custody matters are settled.

Also on Fox, HKS was served with papers from Ben's camp concerning the home. My guess, eviction papers. Will be on Greta tonight.

103. Oh my!!! My heart is pounding right about now. I hope and pray that the baby is Larry's, only because of evrything he had to go through to just get it done. I still think that Howard shouldve been a man and took the test himself. but since he knows in his heart that he is not he doesnt have to. So all that garbage talk about his stupid ass lawyers (krista barfbag, ron rale, and the neavy guy) that Howard is a willing participant, that he will take the test, it just needs to be done in Bahamas. that was just a ploy to fool the Americans to feel sorry for him and beleive that he is doing the right thing by Dannielynn. You know the only way Howard can get an ounce of respect from me is if he cab just outright admit that he is not the biological father BUT since he was there for Anna's whole pregnancy and since her death he vowed to protect her baby with all his might. And thats that. I can understand that, but what he and Anna did while she was alive was out right wrong. If Larry never wanted anything to do with the child it wouldve been different, but the fact that he always was claiming he was the father, changes everything.
