Wow...I was so impressed that he took the time to coach and perform with his winning fan, in addition to the fact that the girl was great, she rocked the look, attitude and the talent to back it up. I am really dissapointed in him for saying he regrets it, I thought he was more "real" than that. Better be careful, and appreciate his fans and where THEY HAVE PUT HIM!

JT reminds me of Leonardo DiCaprio who said he thought about quitting acting after Titanic. Quit and do what? Ingrates. Neither of these deluded celebs are qualified to do anything other than what they do. JT, especially. Take away the image and what's left. Mediocrity at best.
As Britney's fans have faded, so will JT's.

JT is just pissed about the Grammys because his album DID NOT win "Album of the Year" nor did it win the "Best Pop Vocal Album", so his statement that "it was the pop album of the year" is as bogus as his talent.. He got stomped on by the Dixie Chicks and John Mayor, now he's acting like a little brat because of it..

He's trying way too hard to be all rebel-like, it's gonna backfire on his ass before long. I will be shocked if anyone even knows his name in 20 years from now, let alone his music.

39. This is just his way of trying to prove that he's not that teeny bopper pop singer he was in N*Sync. He wants to be seen as a serious R&B singer which, I'm sorry, will NEVER happen. The only reason he and his music is getting so much attention is because he's white. He isn't doing anything different than Usher, or Ginuwine, or Omarion, or hell, even Sisquo! He just another guy in a long line of Michael Jackson biters as far as I'm concerned. He needs to get over it. He'll never be R&B. You're a pop star Justin. Except it.

I have to agree with most of everyones comments, I also think he is ugly, sings like a girl, is to full of himself, etc.......No matter what people think about Taylor Hicks, he did win American Idol because the public voted for him. And all Justin could say was " He could'nt sing his way out of a paper bag". This Justin is just plain ignorance on your part. He knew what he was getting into singing with the winner of the contest, he even said it in an interview, that he was looking forward to it. he just hated the fact that more people focused on Robin and not him. I think she did better then him........Like most have said get over yourself and remember who put you were you are!!!!!!! I personally think you stink at singing.

43. Does this really come as a surprise to anyone? The guy is a complete arrogant ass, and isn't afraid to show his true colors anymore. He's feeling a little too confident in himself and his so-called singing career judging by this article, but what he really needs to do is sit down and shut up! He should be thanking God above that he's made it this far, and banked on his sad excuse for a singer. Does he play his own instruments? No. Does he write his own songs? No, unless it involves bashing his famous ex, Britney Spears, who he's obviously still not over after all these years. The guy's a weasel, kind of looks like one too. Any 14 year old boy going through puberty can hit the notes he sings in every one of his songs-it's as if he's wearing pants that are two sizes too small. If he wants to be left alone, I'm quite sure he'll get his wish sooner than he thinks if he feels it's okay to diss the very people who made him who he is...otherwise, I don't think anyone would look at him twice, because he's definitely not someone banking on his looks. Take your beat-boxing, sorry ass back to Tennesse, or wherever you came from, you ungrateful pot-head!!!

Watching his performance on SNL a while back, one couldn’t help but notice the thick- black- back-up singers, and the black band.
But “Soul” is something written to the DNA of black people at conception.

An indigenous musical style formed of culture, and life-experience.
One cannot claim blackness simply through osmosis; or by rubbing shoulders with the right people.
Elvis (in his early years) was blacker than this Young man is.
In the 60’s we grew up doing the diamond jerk and the loose-booty; as momma played her Staxx records on the stereo record player.

Soul was something you lived every minute of the day; it’s not something you put on when you want to make a record.
Talented, but a bit misguided I think.

Yes in 1993 we first saw Justin on STAR SEARCH singing country music! lol... Now he's too good to be involved in something that even resembles a reality singing contest? He really does need to STFU. Grow up Justin, and (also) stop preaching to people about drinking too much when you ARE high almost all the time and have admitted using drugs on a regular basis. Oh, and one last thing.... you are NOT "ghetto" so you can drop the phony ghetto accent.
