Starving for Sanjaya

A woman on MySpace feels so strongly that Sanjaya Malakar does not belong on "American Idol" -- that she is starving herself until he is voted off the show!

Identifying herself only as "J," she is now four days into a hunger strike, saying, "I have no problems with Sanjaya personally, he seems like a very personable and charming young man. However, he does NOT belong on 'American Idol.'" Preach it, sister!

After Tuesday night's episode, "J" wrote, "Sanjaya did come out of his shell a bit tonight like the judges said. However, his voice was horrific. He screamed through the entire song and jumped around like a manic person. Nice kid, nice kid, but not for 'American Idol.'"

"J" says she is definitely hungry now, but is drinking a lot of fluids. She also says she is "having slight hallucinations." It's almost like watching him without fasting.

16. OK go to her myspace link, click on the blue "hunger strike". From the looks of her this is what she needs! A hunger strike for a few weeks would be her good. So maybe she is not so crazy after all. Hey at least she has motivation.

22. Hey, whatever, no one cares about some old gal pushing herself away from the table, she probably needs to. Sanjaya is getting my votes. It's time to turn the tables on AI and FOX. They have no problem with humiliating people for weeks on end by showing the auditions. I know some of them act up just to get on camera but a lot of them are sincere and AI makes them sorry they were ever born. Hey vote for Sanjaya, just because AI is freaking out that he is still on. Imagine what it will do for their image if he wins the whole thing?

26. This lady thinks everyone is gonna say "oh no! we MUST save this strange woman's life. let's refrain from voting for Sanjaya for this person whom no one knows or cares about." If anything, that would ENCOURAGE me to vote for Sanjaya. I wanna watch this dumba$$ die from starvation over a television show.

28. Give me a beak. That woman is truly pathetic !!! This is only a tv show eveyone!! I actually tought Sanjaya was pretty good last night. I truly feel sorry for this kid. Simon Randy and Paula put him through to this point. Yet Simon keeps saying he can't sing. Then Why the heck after thousands and thousands of people auditioning was Sanjaya picked in the 1st place if he couldnt sing ???? Obviouslly they saw something that some of the American Public sees since he hasn't gotten voted off as of yet. Leave the kid alone. Stop being so cruel !!

29. Honestly, I don't think the kid should be eliminated this week. He will be such a draw for all the pre-pubes who will make their Mom and Dad bring them to the cheezefest that is the AI tour. If he is in the top 10 - he tours. Hope Crazy Fasting Lady enjoys her liquid meals for a bit longer.
