33. Howard K. Stern was the one who went to the supreme court of the USA to help Anna Nicole Smith get a settlement from her late husband. He was doing this pro bono to get a mere 6% of whatever Anna received. He helped to get her jobs that enabled her to continue her fight for this money. He had nothing to win from her death and in fact could have lost any hope of being paid for working for her the last 12 years of his life.

The only people who have a reason to want Anna Nicole Smith dead are the family of Mr Marshall. The entire group of hanger ons and reporters, who really think this little girl has a chance to end up with any of the Marshall money are kidding themselves. This group of people have succeeded in seeing two people die and the attorney who was working to get the settlement for Anna Nicole Smith become a pariah with a severley diminished reputation. Without the help of Howard K. Stern, this little girl will be lucky to get anything from the Marshall estate. The real winners in this drama are the Marshall family and they have not a taint on their reputation.,

35. Hmmmmmmm, I wonder if it was really garbage, or the "workers" helped themselves to a few goodies when poor Anna was out of it? We''ll never know. I hope Howard can get them back. They should go to Dannielynn. And what about Daniel's things? I'm sure he had plenty of personal items Anna gave him? Who cleaned out his house after he died? Will they be seen on the auction block too? This is all sooooooooooo sad!

38. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought her first manager sold them. The more I think about it, he (1st mgr) stated, that he had some daries, but I can't recall what years he had or if those are the one's that were sold.

39. No one wants to kick Dannielynn out of the house. It was on Nancy Grace last night. Dannielynn, Larry Birkhead and Virgie are all welcome at Horizons, just not Howard Stern. Also these diaries were found in her garbage when she was filming her show years ago, so the Shelly Ford and Ben G Thompson had nothing to do with them.

41. The diaries were taken from the TRASH at Anna's home, which is completely legal.
The guy was a collector of some sort, and the diaries were put up for auction on Ebay.
