94. It's going to be 'significant' because it's going to put to rest the allegations that HKS killed Anna. And if LB was so worried about helping her and 'his' daughter, he would have told a nurse or a doctor that Anna was pulling goodies out of a duffle bag. He's just like the rest of 'em. 95. I agree that they should just say how she died and not keep holding news conferences to announce news conferences, to announce news conferences. It is unfortunate that everyone involved in the case has jumped on that bandwagon!! Also, there is a myriad of causes of how ANS died. I don't think that everyone should just assume that HKS did something to cause her death. She was, according to most that knew her, a very headstrong, smart woman. I think that after Daniel died, she just didn't care anymore. In regards to Daniel's death, I think that after he popped his pills, he had a drink from his mother's cup not knowing there was methadone in it. Knowing you caused your son's death, no matter that it was unintentionable, would be a hard cross to bear.

96. I am amazed at all of the gossip with no facts. I can't imagine if any one I knew was accused of everything under the sun before any facts in the case came out. It was not Dr. Perper who shipped ANS out to the bahamas, it was by court order.

97. So essentially HKS will get away with everything sinister he has ever done, I hope I am wrong but as I said before hes another OJ. Doesn't it matter at all the different stories given on the day of her death about who was where and how they found her and who found her etc? So people are allowed to get drugs from several different Drs under pseudo names and give them to someone who is clearly abusing them and may die from it? Dannielynne's life is ruined, she will be stuck with this Leech. I just have no faith in the system at all. HKS makes law enforcement, courts etc all like fools to be used to his advantage. This all just stinks!

99. I know Perper "appears" to be honest, but I just can't buy the "no pills in the stomach". It's just questionable how son can die then mother, and all they have to report is that they both were junkies, died from methadone, the public accepts and we move on. Also, why and what prompted Daniel to speak to a PI, and was in the process of hiring him??? As much as you all are Vergie haters, I'm so glad Vergie and her attys are going forward in a criminal investigation. Not saying that HS is responsible, because he was just as much a junkie, but folks something smells like a big fat rat here!!!! If it were my family, I would be just like Vergie, because I just can't accept both deaths as coincidental. Nope, Nope, Nope!!!!

101. The ICE BATH happened on Monday night and she died on Thursday. Of course, it is possible that she had numerous Ice Baths...

My guess is that Stern gave her a narcotics cocktail and maybe also gave her an injection of Demeraol or Dilaudid, just to top it off. -- Maybe they just can't PROVE that he prepared and gave her the drugs.

I think Stern found her dead and then decided to remove himself from the scene. He went down the elevator and ran into MOE and TAZ who had apparently brought KING GIBSON and his girlfriend from the airport. Mr. Gibson was there to go with Stern to pick up the boat; Gibson was to be the Captain.

Taz and Moe were there with Anna and then Moe left. Probably neither had seen Anna because they thought she was sleeping. - Taz eventually found Anna dead. -- Stern probably set them up to find Anna.

Yes, the body was warm when it arrived at the hospital but it could stay warm for along time... depending on the environment. We will know on Monday was the liver temp was and that will tell about when she died.

In any case, HKS is the last one to see her alive -- while Moe and Taz were at the airport. He may not have intended that she die but he probbly always prepared her meds and administered them. I hope he is charged.

104. O.K. Howard, you're not to blame. When are you going to leave the Bahamas and get a real job and not keep borrowing from your parents? I think that's a joke. You've been living off ANS for years. You've brought all this negative attention on yourself, not wanting the paternity test, always hovering around Anna in the background, and I thought you said Anna never left her room in FL, there were reports that the night before she died, she was seen in the hotel casino. And what about this corp. in CA? And the house in the corp.'s name? And you're the only officer left? Sounds highly suspicious to say the least. What about the ranch in TX? Is it gone too? I believe I would be highly worried and concerned if I were you.
