The MySpacer who vowed to starve herself until Sanjaya Malakar was tossed off "American Idol" has another week of starvation to look forward to.
The woman, who idenitifies herself only as "J," was not pleased that Stephanie Edwards got the boot on last night's show, leaving Sanjaya to continue "singing" at least through next week. "I'm really starting to feel sorry for Sanjaya," wrote the hungry blogger last night. "People keep voting him through because they think it's funny ... and I think it's to the point where this kid is starting to believe his own hype." Yeah, that self-confidence thing sucks.
So it's another week of water and ... well, water for "J." If Sanjaya isn't voted off soon, his singing may literally kill someone.

...they have got to disconnect all incoming phone calls from India on Tuesdays between 10 and 12pm ... if he wins AI ... this will be AI's last season. rupeee or not rupeee ...
My God..........are the parents of these youngsters who are voting for "THE DISASTER" week after week not explaining the difference between talent and "good looks" (this is questionable ??). They are just as bad as the parents of those talent-less contestants during the tryouts who make complete fools of themselves. Give me a break.........teach the children what competiton is all about. The talented nine who remain on the scene need the attention and the votes. Each and every one of them can sing circles around this loser. Would you truly want to see this bouncy haired, smiling bood as THE AMERICAN IDOL? It's happenings like this that make the rest of the world look at us and wonder.........................You are creating your own monsters, my friends, but, heh, you have to live with these kids, not the rest of us and for this I thank God!!
LOL, this is a 17 year old kid... lay off of him. BTW, he's half Indian and HALF ITALIAN so stop with the Indian wonderboy B.S. Yes he reminds me of Michael Jackson a bit .. but I thinks he's is just maybe aware of all the hoola going on around him and he feels a bit awkward...And I am gonna keep voting for him to help that lady loose weight LOLLL.. American Idol was a joke from a while back. Aside from Kelly Clarkson, who has even gotten their name out there independantly of A.I. Where is Ruben Studdard, Clay Aiken, Taylor Hicks???
I wander if this one will be put on . Like I said in my first one. I think everyone should just leave sanjaya alone. He isn't hurting anyone and we don't know what his home life his. Maybe his family is dealing with alot of financial difficuties. He is probably doing this to help them out. I don't know why people have got to be so rude. Didn't their families raise them to show respect for others. The ones the are rude about sanjaya doesn't have anything better to do in thier lives than to say hurtful things about him. I think he is doing a great job for someone who is looked upon as he is. So everyone who writes rude comments grow up. P.S. GO MELINDA GO!!!!!!!!

I do believe it's the GAY folk who are keeping him on the show--both in front and behind the scenes.
If I was 8 years old I would think Sanjaya was HOT!! It's like Leif Garrett in the seventies...same thing. That's whose voting him through! He'll end up with a Hannah Montana type show on the Disney Channel soon enough!
We know the 7-11 workers are voting for him. He sucks and it is sad to watch him.

OMH! Who gives a dam'n! It's just TV! The disturbing thing about this is people are getting up in arms about American Idol. Come on people, think about that for a moment. It's AMERICAN IDOL for heaven's sake. Who cares if Sanjaya can sing or not? I know the producers don't care. It keeps people watching and that's all THEY care about.
Anyone who says they will stop watching if Sanjaya is on after this next week, is totally FULL OF IT. American Idol will get more attention while Sanjaya is on. The second he is kicked off, their ratings will go down, MARK MY WORDS.
And anyway, if American Idol is just about talent then what ever happend to the fat guy that actually won the season that Clay Aiken was on? I don't even remember the guy's name. He was HELLA talented but not all that good looking. People are SHALLOW (yeah, me included) and mostly care about looks. I don't think Sanjaya is all that good looking (he doesn't do it for me) but if a nation of 'tweens love him, and are voting for him, more power to him.
And to the moron that claims to be starving herself until sanjaya is kicked off, YOU ARE A SELF-ABSORBED JACKASS!!! No one cares if you starve yourself. If you are like most American women, you could probably stand to lose a few pounds anyway. But whatever, starve yourself to death. I don't care because the world doesn't really need idiots like you mucking up the gene pool.
Does she not realize Sanjaya is this years Chicken Little. She's is probably on the Nutra System diet and can't eat food anyways. She just is hoping for her 15 minutes of fame (this won't get it for her). Poor thing really needs to get a life.
