Denise & Pam Sued for Assault & Battery

Pam and Denise Two photogs are claiming that an alleged violent incident involving Denise Richards and Pam Anderson has caused them to have nightmares, and now they want the dream babes to pay up.

In a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Scott Cosman and Rik Fedyck claim that Denise Richards went into violent rage when she spotted them taking photographs of the actresses on the Canadian set of their upcoming movie "Blonde and Blonder" in early November 2006. According to the lawsuit, Richards "launched into a verbal tirade and a physical assault upon Cosman and Fedyck which lasted over 20 minutes" at the River Rock Casino Resort in Vancouver. During the incident, which the men claim was all caught on tape by a hotel security camera, Richards allegedly called the men "f**king c**ksucker at least 12-15 times as well as scumbags, douche bags and paparazzi scum."

According to the lawsuit, Richards then "snatched their laptop computers from their hands, and threw them over the [hotel] balcony" and into the lobby. One of the computers allegedly struck "an elderly woman in a wheelchair."

Canadian police investigated the incident and decided it "wasn't in the best public interest to bring criminal charges" against Richards.

In the lawsuit, the photogs claim both Richards and Anderson falsely told the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that Fedyck and Cosman made violent threats against Richards and engaged in other "criminal activity." As a result, the men were "arrested and held by authorities for approximately three days."

The photogs are suing both women for assault, battery, defamation, false arrest and a slew of other charges. No specific amount was named in the lawsuit.

Calls to reps for both Richards and Anderson were not immediately returned.

46. I'm sure the press does relentless hound these two at times, but these two, especially Pam does and says so many things to draw attention to herself. They love the press when it's their choosing, but when it's not, it's like they're totally outraged. They should find more self respect, and become the classy ladies that both could be if they chose to, and maybe they would be shown more respect. But probably being spoiled, pampered and pretty (on the outside), they want the best of both worlds. They need to learn, that there is far more to life and more important things than just beauty on the outside in general, and then to getting what you want based on looks! Instead of anger, they need sympathy for their inner self.

48. A... ha...ha...ha! The security tape will say it all, and I hope they show it! The Canadian police gave Denise a 24 hour window to get out of their country because they yanked her Visa (not Pam's)! I also hope this case does NOT go the way via "pay off the suer so the case goes away business and therefore we (Denise and Pam) were right". These so called stars get away with everything and I'm tired of it! The photographers should have been handled by the set security, but nooooo...... Denise got in the way, as usual...

50. I dont blame Richards and anderson for being sick of papparazi. But if a computer that Richards threw hit an elderly woman, Richards needs her ass kicked. I dont care how angry you are at someone you dont throw an object like this off a balcony that could hit anyone anywhere, and injure someone badly. By Richards flying into a rage she gave the paparazzi exactly what they wanted, Another story of an enraged, celebrity bitch ready for the next tabloid.

51. Bitchards it KARMA baby!!!!!!!!!!! Being on the D list you get to put up with this stuff!!!!! I only wish that the old ladies you almost hurt would sue your ass off. It looks to me like the money you stole from Charlie will be spent on legal fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe you should crawl back under the rock you were living under before you stole a friends husband slutted your way through Europe (and we wonder why they dislike Americans) did coke and spread your man lips on a public beach.

As far as Pam Anderson goes why is she even mentioned in this lawsuit. As I recall it was only Bitchards who attacked the photogs and wheel chair bound old ladies.

Please don't put PA and Bitchards in the catagory of Ladies. These two will never fit that role ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
