2. PLEASE!! Nothing will happen to Vivica. Just like Nicole Richie, slut Paris and all these other celebs go free. If me or some other regular person drove while intoxicated, forget it..These celebs suck. They deserve to suffer like the rest of us.

Has been revealed by Star how Anna died. Not sure if I believe it though. If it was an over dose of sleeping medication the night before, then why was she still warm to the touch at 2pm in the hospital the next day?

Obviously she only died of the blood poisoning and not the sleep aid.

5. Maybe if DUI's were considered FELONIES instead of misdemeaners, people who drink would THINK to find alternate ways to get home. (many of us have been broke at one time or another but the penalty is much too high to rob a bank -- you get the picture).

Also, #1 & 5 are obviously the same degenerate "person", they need an island or public waste facility for "people like u."

15. why does everyone on this site keep saying, shes a celebrity, nothing will happen to her? i know plenty of people who have been busted for driving while drunk, and none of them were placed in jail. you people are obsessed with the whole "celebrities are invincible" card. get over it. not that im condoing her actions, or anything... but come on. A first time offense rarely gets jail time.
