20. I know that white people commit crimes too. In fact I live in a mostly white town. And there are a few criminals here. But I would rather live in an all white town and take my chances with one or two criminals, than live somewhere that is crawling with blacks everywhere and take my chances with every single black person trying to commit a crime. At least in an all white town you only put up with a crime once in a blue moon. In an all black area you've gotta put up with crime ever minute of the day!

21. Actually, if this is her first offense or her first offense in ten years then she can get probation. It is not preferential treatment, just the law. Also, she will have to attend a twelve- or eighteen-month substance abuse program and she her license will be suspended. Again, not preferential treatment, just the law. The judge can sentence her to two days in jail and then suspend the sentence as well as give her community service. Again, not preferential treatment, just the law.

24. Miss Fox won't get 6 months in jail. That's a joke. No one ever does. When are the courts going to start taking DUI seriously? How many people have to die until our judges start putting these idiots away? These people (especially someone like Fox) could easily afford a driver. If our judges would start imposing substantial jail time for DUI offenders, we could all breathe a little easier knowing that perhaps some of these drivers won't be repeat offenders. This madness has to stop!

26. #18 Dragonwolf: You are correct, that is the law. However, she is a celebrity, and celebrities are above the law and don't have to follow the rules. She might get a small fine, but that will be the extent of it. She's probably viewing this as a career boost.
