i hate ignorant people. boobs grow just like beer bellies & thighs & butts. when you get older you either diet & the get smaller or you sit on your butt all day & they grow.

Okay when I was pregnant I went from a 34A to a 38DD before I had my daughter, then when my milk came in I was a 38F Mine were huge and considering I was an a cup to begin with, man my back hrt.

Some women get larger busts during pregnancy, some don't. Brittany did, Julia Roberts did, Gwyneth did, and so did Catherine Zeta-Jones....but you didn't make a big deal out of that.
Salma is a tiny woman to begin with so the weight gain is bound to show on her easily.
Get a grip! This woman is pregnant, she's VERY unlikely to get a boob job right now anyway.
This is really quite an insulting thing to insinuate a bout a pregnant woman!

#1. Salma Hayek has always had a large bust size. The picture in 2000 was over six years ago people! She was definitely thinner then and thus had smaller, still good size, breasts. Second, she is pregnant for goodness sake! Stop hating on her!

Is everyone so stupid that they will believe anything that is in the tabloids???? Get a life people, of course they are real, if you kept up with the stories that are solid and factual, you all would know that she is pregnant, and believe it or not, boobs grow when you are pregnant. Do we need to go back to health class and freshen up on the human body? Mine went from an A cup to a D cup when I was pregnant.

they are definitely fake. well, at least that is what they say in mexico, (where salma is). they say that she had more than 1 surgery on her breasts. it doesn´t matter if they are real or fake. the point is that looks great. she is classy not like the other ones. yeah, you know who i´m saying

It looks like to me that she had newer, bigger implants put in and her surgeon did a great job making them appear natural. I think she's a good actress, but I am certain they are fake because they look fake in the first picture too. You can see the bones in her chest in the first picture and she has no cleavage (ladies are far apart) which is common when implants are placed underneath very tight skin. Breast tissue is mostly made up of fat cells and very small breasts have very little tissue in them and that wouldn't change much if she gained a lot of weight. Look closely at the first picture and you can see the outline of the implants pushing up and looking very rounded at the top of her chest. Natural breasts, even perfectly perky, round ones never push up at the top of the chest. Only an implant under the skin can give that kind of look because real breast tissue is softer than silicone and the force of gravity takes over.

those definitely look real, and yes it's very possible for someone to get their bust sized increased unintentionally: weight gain, pregnancy, eating hormone filled meat in the US (a reason why women and the US have larger breasts than in other places in the world is because of the all the hormones cows are disgustingly injected w/), etc
