Ummm..They are real. They are PREGNANT boobs...What is wrong with everyone. Mine went from a b cup to a double d cup during my first pregnancy. Lay off here already and let her be a happy pregnant woman!

As a woman with natural DDs and a 26" waist, I can attest to the fact that many woman gain weight in their breasts before any other part of their body. In fact, I'll know that I've gained weight when my bra size changes, not my waist size. I'll put it into perspective for you: I just had a baby, and while I was pregnant I only gained 32lbs (not that much), but my bra size sky-rocketed from DD to G! Believe me, this can be just as much of a curse as small breasts.... Salma's are real. There is no doubt.

She's pregnant in the second pic. She's always had potential to be big. She's not one of the skinny mini's you see everyday. That's what I've always liked about her...she has curves and always has had curves.

Your boobs did grow. I am now a double D. I was a C.. I am 38. It might be a family thing. Alot of women on my fathers side have big breasts. They seem to get bigger as we get older and NO its not because of a HUGE weight gain and they are not SAGGy either. LOL

Saw Salma early in her career and those babies weren't even close to that big. Has nothing to do with being latin, and everything to do with boob job. That's okay it's her business!!!!!!!!!!

I guarantee these breast are enhanced, no one grows that much after puberty. I had a "D" cup, but sort of saggy, and I got implants. They look exactly like the photo on the right. If a woman already has a fair amount of breast and some natural sag, breast implants look incredibly real. Her cup size is 3-4 sizes up from ten years ago. Sorry, only implants create that kind of magic.

You don't get big boobs until after the baby's born. Latinas go up a size maybe two larger during the WHOLE pregnancy, not the first month. AFTER the baby's born she should go up two/three sizes from her original size. NOT right now. She still has 6 more months. At the rate she going, she' ll explode by then.

I don't think Salma has had breast implants. She looked thinner in the earlier shot and has put on weight - and even if she wasn't pregnant in the last pic, for a lot of women their breasts become larger even if you're a few yrs older. Either way, Salma looks beautiful.
From the pics of actresses w/o makeup - everyone looks better with makeup - except Boy George and Paris Hilton in her earlier shot on Fake or Real pictures, but I was really surprised with the one of Courtney Love.....I didn't think she be any uglier, and the one of Pamela Anderson....I wouldn't have even recognized her without all the makeup - very dull and plain face.

She is a Latina AND a Lebonese woman and so is my friend she was average C cup tiil she was pregnant then she was DD...it's genetic for that combo!!!
