Salma is a good 20 plus pounds heavier in the 2006 shot. Depending on the timing, she could have already been pregnant. And if your rent the movie "Desperado" you will see in that movie (nice nude scene) that way back then Salma had a nice full rack.

They're obviously real. That kind of cleavage doesn't come with fake ones. Now that she's pregnant they will most likely get even bigger, which should make men everywhere even happier. She's a gorgeous woman.

You are all SO SO SO wrong thinking they're fake. My cousin was engaged to her before she was famous in the U.S. and was just a Mexican soap opera star, and her boobs were the same exact size then as they were before she got pregnant. We have pictures of her at family functions and everything. And he can testify that those babies were just as real then as they are now. Minions.

This is a tough call. People who think you're boobs don't keep growing are wrong! When I was 20, I was a 34B. Now over 40, I'm 36DD. I'm heavier than I was, but not enough to justify the difference. I say they're real.

As a mother of two people fail to realize that your breast get bigger when you are pregnant and stay bigger than ever when you choose to breast feed. Just wait and see how BIG they can really get after she delivers!!!! Weight gain over the years is evident as well........

Actually you do grow boobs in your 30's particularly when you are pregnant. I got pregnant at 31 and when from a AA to a D by the end of my pregnancy. There's no way they're fake, fake boobs aren't that droopy and I know cause mine did the same damn thing.

When a woman has a boob job the boobs are half real and half inhanced...She had a boob job years ago as I saw her old B movies and she was a 32B back then ... B4 being with child she had a second Boob Job, better, newer technology..Believe Me I know the truth about this but who cares...Womens breast DO get bigger in some cases as we age believe me mine are much bigger..Shes cute but a Hollywood dame which isnt all that Wonderful in the end...ETERNITY...Will she make it in?????

They appear real I saw her right before it was announced she was pg, my first thought was.. she must be pg, my breast size increase with fluid each month right before my menstrual cycle, many women with fake breast there's generally a bigger gap at the top clevis separating breasts, IMO photo on the left shown appear fake notice the " gap " unlike current photo, which clearly appears similar to when a women is pregnant.

real.....she was much thinner in the first picture. women with ample breasts notice a big difference with weight gain/loss. just like lindsey lohan. when she was all skelator she had no boobs. when she is at her normal healthy weight she has ample boobs.
