I don't think that's Selma Hayak on the left. Facial features are different and skin tone is a different color. Not the same woman, tmz.

I'm pretty sure there real. She having a baby and anyone who has had a baby know that your boobs get gigantic while you are pregnant and right after birth.

Breasts are made up of body fat. She was quite a bit leaner in the first pic hence smaller breasts. I used to judge female bodybuilding contests. When the bodyfat is real low the breats are almost non/existant unless they were very very large to begin with. I say REAL. Either way she is a beautiful woman.

My point was you add a LITTLE size and sag with age and hormones, I should know I am in my 30s and female, but you do not double in size just from natural aging. Salma isn't twice as fat, so why are her boobs twice as big?

This photo was taken in November, when she was already pregnant. It's normal to get big boobs when pregnant and she also gained weight.

She is 40 and in what is called paramenopause. Most women do not get full blown menopause until the late 40s early 50s. God, she is no that old, she is 40! She is pregnant now, but was she when the photo was taken? Plus she is wearing and empire waist dress that hits just below the bust which makes her boobs look saggier than they really are. I am not talking about sag here, just size. She is at lease 1 or 2 cup sizes larger than in 2000 and even with weight gain, that is a lot of difference. She only looks like she gained 20 to 25 pounds at most anyway. If they are fake, her doc did a great job. Not all implants look bolted on like grapefruit halves.

if she was in meno then she wouldnt be knocked up. i think they are both picsof her and going by the saggage...they do appear real but look at other pics of her. they dont fit her body type. i think she had what they refer to as "gummi bear" implants
