They're real. She simply gained weight, so they got bigger. The same thing happened to me.

just want to say that salma doesn't have strech marks on her breasts so the picture of her in the left side is not her, only the face is. I think she is very pretty and I am sure she will have a beautiful baby.
The overall effect is from both fake and real "filler".
Before she got heavier she got "sudden growth" in her boobs, and that was fake -- and obviously fake, too.
Now that she has put on weight, some of the fat has gone to her boobs and the result is that she has melons.
She is another woman who was very pretty anyway, but has gone for plastic surgery and was lucky enough to not look jacked up from it.
In my opinion coldwater is an embarrassment to court tv. I hope they will see the light and rid of that dim wit. It's used as their personal playground, I would think CourtTv would want to go by better standards.
I can't believe this - the people who voted her breasts as real. OMG what the hell - First, she was NOT pregnant when the large breasted pic was taken. So that blows that theory. She has gained alot of weight in the last few years and esp. now that she is pregnant but there is no way those boobies are real. I hope ther is going to be a more interesting pregnant celebrity than Salma. Boring news about an aging (not well) B list actress who hasn't made a decent movie since, well never. I do admit Frida was okay but there are no other activities that showcase her supposed talent with the exception of her breasts. And they were bought and paid for.
Her boobs are amazing. If she did get them done, BRAVO!!! If they are real, she is truly blessed, either way, there is not a woman alive who wouldn't want those boobs on their own body.
