I know for a fact they are fake. I was told by a plastic surgeon who knows. It was not her doctor, but her condition has been discussed with other plastic surgeons. What he said she had was silicone injections. This is not or no longer legal here in the US. The silicone has floated around and it is impossible to remove without shredding her lips to pieces.
Why? Why? Why would anyone do that to themselves? It is so sad. When those things start to deflate, she is going to trip over them.

Come on those are real, look closely, it's just the way the lipstick is applied, it's goes above her top lip to give her the APPEARANCE of having a fuller lip.
Actually if you go pretty far back in the tabloids, you can see when she had them done, and at the time had no problem admitting to it. I think they are ugly myself, I have less lips than that but I'm not getting anything done to them, it's just not worth it when you're older it will all look funny in the end.
