20. As a dental professional if your having significant pain you are advised to go to the ER. If you are not an established patient of record with any local dentist, then that would make even more sense to go to the ER. If Ms. Spears had an abscessed tooth and with her recent health/mental issues antibiotics should be prescribed immediately. She doesn't necessarily needs any narcotics. If she is smart she will go to a DENTIST tomorrow and avoid all the media gossip.

24. The Dr.s are aware of her alcohol/drug history. They surely won't over prescribe pain meds. I think we should give her a break, and papparazzi should back off. They contributed to putting her in rehab..imo She should drop out for a year..Stay home and take care of her children...work on her music..get her body and mind in shape. When a person can't go to a Dentist w/o the world knowing it...welllllll we are in a sad situation. But, not everybody is Brit. I think she really wants to be left alone. Leave her alone!

26. A lot of dental offices don't have a Panorex radiograph machine and a lot of time patients are referred to hospital's X-ray labs to have it done there.

Britney most likely had an x-ray taken and was given antibiotics and painkillers. She probably wouldn't have had a tooth extraction unless an infection couldn't be brought down before. Therefore, we would have seen a large abcess on either cheek.
